The story of this company reflects the journey of the owner. Ron enlisted in the US Navy at 17 and trained as an electronics expert. Post-Navy, he worked in multiple positions as an electrical technician in industry. His experience includes Satcom on offshore oil rigs, oil field wireline, and uninterruptible power supply production. He earned a degree in Electrical Engineering from UCSD. He pursued an MBA, finishing in 2005. During his tenure as Engineer in Training (EIT), he focused on gas turbine systems, power distribution systems on ships, and solar energy systems. Currently, Ron serves the US Army Reserve as a Warrant Officer specializing in signal systems. His entrepreneurial spirit has led him to business ventures, he managed a venture in his leisure time. In 2013 RLB Engineering LLC and offers his expertise in his spare time. Born in California, he explored the globe and has settled in California, where he plans to remain.
