our new Generac Generator was installed yesterday by Rikman and everything went smoothly . They should up on time plumber, electrician they all worked together.Front office staff was great also kept me informed about all the details . We have had other Generators installed before by other companies but Rikman has been the best by far. They are also affordable and if we ever need another generator we will definitely choose Rikman .

This company installed my whole house generator. The generator operates for five minutes a week so I guess installation was performed properly. During installation, two wires to my irrigation system were cut due to equipment being driven into the ground. On two occasions I attempted to speak with one of the owners as well as a second person who asked for details. My detailed emails remain unanswered to this day, six months after the fact. Their response is to ignore me and my communications.
I cannot say anything positive about this company other than already stated, and certainly will choose a different company for any work needed on my generator.

It was a month between delivery of my generator and the installation. However the installation was complete with no problems and no trash was left. The crew was polite and answered all my questions.

The poor service with this company continues. They finally installed my generator after months of delay. An error code came up on the generator which instructed me to contact the installer. I called the service department but the person had not heard of those codes but he would call me back. Two days later - no call. I am not going to use them for the annual maintenance and I will call another company to fix the problem. I can no longer deal with this company. Lowes needs to change contractors.

They could have better with communications, but this has been a rough year for a lot of folks. Had a generator installed yesterday (purchased from Lowes) and everything went great. These folks are very professional and friendly. The installers did an excellent job, walked us through the process and completed timely (they were definitely an ""A"" team.) They also walked us through the operations of the unit to make sure that we understood how it worked and maintenance.

I would recommend Rikman with the exception of communications.

Rikman installed our Generac generator, purchased from Lowe's. Andrew and Rodney worked hard, were very professional, explained everything very well, gave us a little tutorial along with the manuals, and cleaned up everything before they left. We were very happy with their work.

I purchased a generator from Lowes. Rikman was assigned the installation. They reached out to get the information for the install, however, they never reached out to schedule. I attempted to contact them via email I have left messages and I have yet to hear back from them. It has been over a month. Lowes has also attempted to get in touch with them to no avail.

Installed a generac generator that was purchased from Lowes. 2 months old and generator does not work. Placed a service call and set an appointment. They no showed for the appointment nor didn't call to tell me no one was coming. I requested a new appointment in which the operation manager told me they were to busy with other customers to get to my issue. Now no communication from the company. If you purchase a generator from lowes do not let Rikman install, they won't stand behind their work.

Rikman came to my rescue when my hot water heater froze during the freeze. No one else was able to locate parts or even a replacement unit except for Rikman. They were able to locate an identical unit to my existing water heater and replace it in less than 24 hours from when I called them. I had been without hot water since 2/15 and it was pretty miserable.
Mike and his helper were very professional and got the job done quickly.
Mike confirmed that parts were pretty much impossible to get but he located the replacement unit almost immediately.
I was told by another plumber that it was goi g to be up to 4 weeks for a replacement unit.
I am very thankful for the quick response and work from Rikman.
