9/17/22 again!!! Another wasted day...got my system put in in mid June and this is how my home still looks like as of tonight 6:00 pm...""Alisha"" reached out and told me I would be first priority in scheduling and every time someone comes out it's after 5pm...I was also contacted by a ""Becky"" supposedly a quality assurance manager and told the same thing, ""first"" priority...and again nobody showed up to my home until after 5 pm...each time someone comes out it is somebody different and each time I'm told somebody else will have to come finish the job...the job is still not finished!!!! Everytime I try to talk to a manager nobody is available or they will leave a message for me to the manager and still no calls back

Heating and air is a necessity in southern California, especially with this heat lately. Finding a company that not only fulfilled my needs but also didn't rip me me off. Finding that was a difficult task. But i found it with rightime! Blaine was my sales person, and i have never felt more comfortable with the fact that someone was offering me a service but not trying to up-sale me on things i didn't need. He was a breeze to work with and I wish other sales staff would approach the idea of sales in the same way.

Becky was no help. I think that Becky is the issue. Finally someone came and he was great. I had to explain what had to be updated but that was not his fault since Becky sent him without the info or an explanation about the repairs that were needed after she confirmed she would let them know. Becky's explanations were all BS. If you pay 18k plus for a service you should give great customer service. Becky did not offer good service and she lied and feed me BS. I will never use their service again. Let's hope I pass inspection this time.

I was very satisfied with RighTime Home Services. The salesman, Blaine, was very helpful and friendly and helped us find the right the AC system for our family. We had a great experience with RighTime and would highly recommend. Especially in this heat!

Time for my 13 yo AC unit to be maintenanced. Brad came out even though we were being drench by tropical storm.
Brad was efficient, polite, professional and took the time to educate me on my system ... the do's and don't's.
Plus the price was right.
I look forward to dealing w/ Rightime for my next visit and future.

For 2 days I have been on standby for service. I have even called and confirmed that I don't need to call anyone else to come out, that they are absolutely coming. The $14k HVAC unit that they installed 5y and 2 months ago, which is 2 months past the warranty, went kaput. The temp where I live in my single paned window, southern exposure home has been 109, 106, & 107 for the last three days respectively. I have personally replaced the furnace fuse and hit reset button, switched breakers, and cleaned out the AC unit over the last 48h. In all of its irony, I finally got the heat to work. When they just called to say no one was coming again, they blamed the answering service. Their website says they are open 24/7, but at 6:17pm they are closed for the day?!?

I CANT EVEN BEGIN TO TELL YOU THAT CHOOSING THIS COMPANY WAS THE BEST DECISION I EVER MADE WHEN IT CAME TO MY CENTRAL SYSTEM I highly recommend them and a special thank you to Christian Lopez. Extremely knowledgeable with his craft experienced and helpful I can honestly say the company chose the right team I appreciate the honesty I'm extremely satisfied and I was not told to make this review but there are so many hvac companies out there and not too many are truthful about the service you get and charge you for things they won't do. This company has a homeowners approval! Me and my elderly parents and my 2 toddlers appreciate you so much. You made life so much more comfortable in our home since we had a cooling issue from a malfunction you came to the rescue the same day. You guys are amazing! They will forever deserve my business and I will always recommend.

The Hot water heater went out Wednesday. Jose came out and replaced the heater and took the old one the same day. He did a lot of work replacing old valves and installing new lines. He was a fast worker and did not leave a mess. I will sure use them again if I need any plumbing work.

They took my job on HANDY with all the information listed clearly, When I called at 1 hour passed the time the technician supposed to arrive, I was told they don't serve commercial buildings, Why took my order in the fist place then? this business is weird ...
