I would give 0 stars if I could. You need to avoid this company at all costs.
They installed a new HVAC system for us back in June 2024. Due to the AC being installed decades ago when the house had a different layout, we also had the air ducts replaced and the registers/vents moved for better air flow. The installation and the crew that did it were great. But that is where things got bad.
The company was supposed to send a sheetrock person out to fill in the holes where the old vents/registers were. They never called to schedule it.
It is now April 2025 and I have called dozens of times to get it taken care of. Each time I am told a manager will call me back and they never do. I paid for the holes to be filled and they are still there. In the summer hot air was coming into the house from the attic and in the winter it was cold air. I can't even get them to send me an invoice for the work, which means I can't get the tax credit ($1,200) for installing a more efficient system.
I have filed suit in small claims court and will pursue it as long as I need to. This company will rip you off and not think twice about it. If you choose to go with them, be prepared to pursue them for months on end to get them to perform the services paid for.

Right Time Home Services does not show up for their appointments. I had no choice with the installation of my A/C and furnace I purchased from Costco. You make a scheduled appointment and no tech shows up. You have to call them to see what happen and why the appointment was not kept. They tell you scheduling will call to reschedule, no one calls. DO NOT use or trust them to do your installation.

Very strange and suspicious company.
We approached Home Depot about buying a split-system wall unit AC from them and were told we'd be contacted by one of their contracting companies with a quote. RightTime called us and without even visiting or asking for photos of the space gave us a quote of $10,000.
The unit we had looked into at Home Depot costs about a grand, so we were obviously shocked at the price.
We were then told that RighTime doesn't use Home Depot products and insist on using their own, and that's just the price. So these guys are manipulating Home Depot into giving them leads, and then pulling a bait-and-switch to make more money.
It's at least shady and weird, and at most probably illegal. I would not recommend their services.

Beware of the sales process. Sales people quote an excessive total contract price and then come back with a discount if you agree to next day installation.
Next step is to obligate the consumer to a finance contract for the discounted contract.
Made repeated efforts to receive a sales contract detailing the goods and services actually delivered. Sales Manager and General Manager have refused to provide the details of what is included in the finance contract. I have no idea what I paid for system product, installation labor, warranty or sales tax.
As the install work was completed the day after the finance contract was binding, I had no opportunity to exercise my right of cancellation.
I have offered to make a reasonable settlement of my issues but have been ignored by those in charge.

Bought a generator at Home Depot and was referred to Righttime Home services.'Well I got a referred by home depot called made an appointment
for Saturday at 8 AM to 12 PM We waited until 2Pm they never came they never called. So I called an made another appointment for Monday same time 8 am to 12pm again they never came never called. Then I tried for Webnesday same time and again Never came and Never called. I called and ask for a supervisor believe or not the supervisor never called me back. This company is unreliable not good at all I would never recommend this comapany

Hired RighTime to replace our 34 year old heating and air conditioning system with all new Rheem system.
Jeremy and Nick couldn't have been more professional and conscientious.
Began the job by putting down tarps from the door to the heater closet and they were efficient and thorough to ensure the job was done properly to every detail.
The entire job was completed in about 5 hours and Jeremy made sure to explain how to replace the filter as well as how the new thermostat works.
I especially appreciate that they took all packaging and the old unit with them, as if they were never here!
I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to replace their hvac system

Called the number listed on the website, requested an appointment today, provided my address, and was told to expect a service technician to show up at 3-6pm.
Around 4:30pm, called to get an ETA. After asking for my address again: ""Sorry, we don't service your location. Lemme forward you to the office that does.""
...you couldn't tell that when I first provided my address?
Around 5:00PM: ""You should be hearing back from dispatch with an ETA.""
OK, but then:
Around 5:30pm: ""Uh, we don't show you as having an appointment with us today.""
...seriously, how does a company just lose an appointment?
If you have plumbing needs, I strongly recommend that you reach out to a different company, because this one clearly doesn't care about your business.

This is from Californias Secretary of States office. Home Depot sent this mess to my house.
OUTRAGEOUS!

I called to request maintenance on my heating system. I scheduled an appointment on a Saturday with a 4 hour service window. I get a text canceling my appointment and asking me to reschedule. I called the office again and scheduled for the following Saturday. Again there was a 4 hour window, from 12pm to 4pm. I get a call at 3pm from dispatch stating my technician would be unable to come as he was stuck on a previous job. The person offers another technician to come out from 2 to 6pm, but I tell her that I have already been waiting 3 hours. I do not want to wait another 3 hours for a different technician to possibly show up or not! It's frustrating when a business takes your time for granted. Life is busy and they should respect a customer's time. I have no patience for RightTime Home Services.

I had service rendered on 11 December. I have called their office multiple times to get the invoice and receipt emailed to me. The people answering the phone said they would send the request to accounting. One even told me she would mark it urgent. I still have not receivedit. This is not good customer service. I should not have to call multiple times and still not have this issue resolved.I am very frustrated and diddatisfied. It takes only a very short time to send an email. Yhey need to get their act together
