Called Home Depot to schedule appointment with Rightime, expecting a Right kind of service. Nobody show up the first time no call no nothing until i called and they said they can send someone to come in 45 minutes. Rescheduled to Saturday 8am to 2pm, no call no nothing until 12:30pm i received a call asking if i want to cancel appointment. Waited till 2pm no one show up. You guys have the gall to call me on Monday to ask me to schedule another appointment? Ridiculous. You kept saying you outsourced your schedule or what not, is that my problem? You cannot even get one time right, Rightime and you want me to trust you with your other services? Nope.

Spent the whole day, waiting for a service provider to show up and no one did. They called me in the morning to confirm my appointment, The electrician was supposed to be here between 8 & 12. i called at 12:30 because I hadn't had anyone show up & they said that they will contact the provider a
& text me or email me a ETA shortly. 330 I called still have not heard from anybody or received any notification. Apparently it was ""double booked"" I spent all day at home waiting on this electrician. when I called back they said ""oh we can send someone maybe tomorrow""I asked to speak to a supervisor / manager they put me on hold. Apparently they couldn't get a hold of a supervisor either. I would not recommend this company you will be wasting your time. We missed a Fourth of July party for the family waiting on this electrician.

The reason I gave higher than one star is solely because the last two amazing technicians, Vincent and Kevin were so professional and skilled at their jobs. Without them, I would be giving RighTime a negative rating.

I bought a new HVAC and ducting from Costco home services and they sent RighTime to install it. The original installers were nice enough, but I should have known something was going wrong when one of them kept asking questions to the other installer about how to do the installation. The other guy didn't seem to explain it well enough to him, but they eventually finished. Within a couple days, the ducting came apart and I was not getting any air into my bathrooms or master bedroom. Three different people on three different days attempted to fix the problem, but the problem was not fixed until the third visit.

About 9 months later, I scheduled a maintenance check on my unit, at which time I was told the fan seems to be slightly wobbling. They asked who installed it, and I told them they were the ones. He scheduled a warranty repair on my unit but said it wasn't urgent. About a week before my appointment, the weather finally got warm enough for the air conditioning to kick in, but I noticed it was not getting cooler in the house. I called RighTime again and they sent Vincent, who found out there was a massive leak somewhere and that there was no refrigerant left in the unit. I'm not sure why the other guy didn't check it since I paid them for maintenance and tune up. Vincent made certain to schedule another warranty service for later in the week. When the warranty technician, Kevin, arrived he was able to determine that there were two large leaks at the welds, one at the condenser outside, and one at the furnace inside the house. I don't know how the original installers performed so poorly at every aspect of their job. Thank you to both Kevin and Vincent for your professionalism.

I then asked their administrative office to send me copies of the invoices to detail the diagnoses and work that was done. After three attempts, they finally emailed me one of the summarized invoices, but not the other. I called again and they didn't know why the other wasn't sent. After two messages and a promise that someone from that department would call back, they failed to do so. It's been over one week and I've heard nothing back from them. This is definitely not the kind of service I expect for a major purchase from Costco. I'm considering calling Costco directly.

We had scheduled an apt for AC maintenance from Home Depot, and RighTime came out on Memorial Day. Vincent was the tech who came out, and he was such a nice, professional young man. Very knowledgeable in his craft and let us know all the issues our AC had before working on it. He kept updating us in what he was doing and did such a wonderful job in communicating w us. Thank you RighTime for sending out Vincent to care for our AC.

complete waste of time! they scheduled with me a window of 8 to 12 on the holiday weekend. I called at 8:30 to get an ETA. They said somebody would call me back shortly. I called at 9:30 to get an ETA. They said somebody would call me back shortly. I called at noon to get an ETA as the appointment time was up and they said they'll have to reschedule me three weeks later.

Home Depot needs to stop working with this company!

We had a brand new HVAC system installed. Ross came out and gave us a rundown of how everything will work and gave us our quote. He was very informative and explained everything perfect. Within a couple days we had sonny and his team come out and install our system within 3 days. Everything was done percectly! They cleaned up their mess and walked us through each step. No regrets with going through with them as our installers

Went through Home Depot for a quote on a mini split. First in-person appointment was canceled last minute due it ""staff shortage"". Was reluctant to reschedule but finally did because hubby convinced me to. Was schedule between 4-6 (via text confirmation) and finally received a phone call at 6:45 saying the in person consult would now be a telephone consultation because the tech was ""caught up at the last job"". Definitely would not go through them again! The unreliability is ridiculous!

Very unprofessional company. I had an appointment today, 4/27/23, and was given a window of 8am-12pm. Received a call at 10:30 am advising me they needed to reschedule because they were very busy. Wtf, YOU gave me the appointment. I took off work in the morning and wasted vacation time. I told them I did not want to reschedule and would contact another company. The more I thought about it made me pissed off so I called and asked for a Supv or Mgr. They asked what was it regarding and once I told her she said she could take a message. It's obvious the person screened the call because she would've just said she'd take a message in the first place, but typical with unprofessional businesses. The lady tried to justify the cancellation and I just rudely told her I didn't need an explanation from her, I need her to leave a message because I'm sure they weren't going to call me back either. They didn't call just like I thought. I guess my job wasn't big enough for them, but little did they know I was testing the water first and if I was satisfied with their work I was going to get an estimate to install a/c's at my apartment building. Thanks for screwing up today because from the reviews and BBB, you did me a favor. I'll be calling Home Depot to make a complaint as well for referring these people to customers.

I hired this business to replaced my electrical panel. they started 09/23/2022 until now, the job has not been completed. I try to call them, the dispatcher always tell me someone in the electrical department will call me back, nobody ever call me back. they left the job un done, hole is on the wall, no patch up, no city inspector sign off their work, now it is 01/01/2023. Further more they already get paid it by the bank which I financed. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
