Formerly Stillhouse Electrical, we maintain the same ownership and service quality. It is our joy to serve the local residents of this expanding Central Texas area. Since we are a local business, we are proud of our heritage, founded in 2003. Focusing on teamwork, integrity, and ethical practices makes a significant difference. Rich Construction and Service is not just local; we are family-owned and operated. Since our inception, Owner James ""Jim"" Rich and his wife Kendra have been devoted to this community, along with Mrs. Deborah Otis, who is the backbone of our service team. Alongside a skilled team of foremen, technicians, project managers, and administrative staff, we are here to offer you top-notch service!

James ""Jim"" Rich and Kendra, both Central Texas natives, have consistently served the community. With the exception of a short time in Malaysia, where James served as a Master Electrician, they returned home to settle in the (254) for the long term. In 2003, he started Stillhouse Electrical. Following years in commercial contracting, James' team ventured into residential electrical services and subsequently included HVAC, leading to the rebranding as Rich Construction and Service, LP.
