Previously operating as Stillhouse Electrical (same owner, same business), we are proud to serve the neighbors of this growing Central Texas area. As a locally established business, we are pleased to be a member of this community since 2003. Incorporating teamwork, integrity, and moral responsibility defines our approach. Rich Construction and Service is not just local; we are family-owned. Owner James ""Jim"" Rich and his wife Kendra have been committed since the beginning, alongside Mrs. Deborah Otis, who is truly the backbone of our service team. Complemented by an extended family of foremen, service technicians, project managers, and administrative staff, our team is prepared to provide you with top-notch service!

Raised in Central Texas, Owner James ""Jim"" Rich and his wife Kendra have always been committed to supporting the community. Except for a brief stint when a contract took them to Malaysia, where James worked as a master electrician, they came back in the (254) for the long term. In 2003, James founded Stillhouse Electrical. With extensive experience in commercial contracting, James' team ventured into residential electrical work and later incorporated heating and air conditioning services, leading to the transition to Rich Construction and Service, LP (aka Rich Services).
