Incorporated in 2003, Rich Construction and Services, LP (known as Rich Services) is a community-focused enterprise based in Belton, Texas. Once called Stillhouse Electrical, we maintain the same ownership and service quality. We are honored to serve the friends and neighbors of this thriving Central Texas area. As a locally established company, we take pride in our roots, established in 2003. Upholding values of teamwork, integrity, and accountability makes a significant difference. Rich Construction and Service is a family-run business committed to our community. Since our inception, Owner James ""Jim"" Rich and his wife Kendra have been devoted to this community, joined by Mrs. Deborah Otis, the cornerstone of our service department. Alongside a skilled team of foremen, technicians, project managers, and administrative staff, we are prepared to deliver outstanding service!

James ""Jim"" Rich and Kendra, both Central Texas natives, have consistently served the community. With the exception of a short time in Malaysia, where James served as a Master Electrician, they came back to the (254) to establish their roots. In 2003, James launched Stillhouse Electrical. Following years in commercial contracting, James' team ventured into residential electrical services and subsequently included HVAC, resulting in the name change to Rich Construction and Service, LP.
