Previously called Stillhouse Electrical (same owner, same business), we are proud to serve the community of this thriving Central Texas area. Being locally founded, we are proud to be involved in this community since 2003. Focusing on teamwork, integrity, and moral responsibility makes our approach. Rich Construction and Service is not just local; we are a family business. James ""Jim"" Rich and Kendra, the owners have been committed since the beginning, joined by Mrs. Deborah Otis, who is truly the backbone of our service team. Backed by an extended family of foremen, service technicians, project managers, and administrative staff, we stand ready to provide you with the best service!

Having roots in Central Texas, James ""Jim"" Rich and Kendra have remained committed to serving the community. With a short detour when a contract took them to Malaysia, where James worked as a master electrician, they settled back in the (254) for the long term. In 2003, James started Stillhouse Electrical. Following many years in commercial contracting, James' team ventured into residential electrical work and later added heating and air conditioning services, leading to the rebranding to Rich Construction and Service, LP (aka Rich Services).
