It was a please to deal with Reliable Electrical. Their intake caller was polite and professional, and Kevin did a marvelous job. They spent the whole day installing fixtures and rerunning cable wires. All very clean and professional. He even took the time to adjust a light fixture after it was hung so that I was 100% happy.

This company charges 2-3 times more than any other licensed electrician but you won't find that out until your stuck paying their $89 quote fee. They also canceled on me and rescheduled at last minute. Don't waste your time or money!

Very disappointed. Paid over $1500 to change kitchen high hats to LED , change batteries in existing smoke alarms and fix one exterior flood fixture. Flood fixture Never fixed. Smoke alarms still chirping and they only changed 4 of the 6 high hats. A complete ripoff !

Ronnie and his helper were professional, friendly and honest. They listened to my electrical concerns, answered my questions, provided their feedback and advice. I was provided with a couple of quotes to choose from, then they went right to work. The outcome is exactly what I wanted. They went above and beyond. I will be calling them back, when more work is needed. It's so hard to find honest and reliable work - I am glad I found them.

The appointment process was excellent, they contacted me when they said the would and even better arrived exactly when they said they would. Kevin S. was prompt and courteous and seemed knowledgeable. Problem is the price they wanted for simple electrical work was crazy. I had another independent (aka - one man operation) who for $350 did all the work they wanted more than $1,000 for. It took him about 2 1/2 hours. Granted he didn't try to sell me the LED light fixture that Reliable did but I didn't want one to begin with. Seems to be a good operation they are just really pricey.

I'm glad I checked around. No offense Reliable, I'm sure you do great work. I was checking around looking for a quote for some electrical work to be done in my home. I spoke to someone who said that they could come, and check what needed to be done. They initially charge $89, but that is also put towards the work. If you don't use them, you lose your $89. Sorry, but to pay almost $90 for work you don't know if they're going to do or not, did not appeal to me. I did however find someone to do the work, and did charge me $50 for a quote, which was considerably less than what your company did. So I opted to go with them.

Everything about this company is professional & knowledgable. I highly recommend Reliable.
I had a problem that had been occurring for the last 2 weeks. I thought it was fixed yesterday but it happened again. It caused me to be without cable and internet for 3 days and my garage power to be off ruining everything in the garage fridge. It was on today but suddenly went out at 3:30 pm. I called 2 other companies both said they couldn't send out anybody until tomorrow. The first one said there was an 89$ service fee & 150$ after 5pm then the cost of the repair. I was calling what I thought was another company but it turned out to be Reliable Electric Services. And I'm glad it was. At first I was nervous because there were a couple of negative reviews on here. But the rep who answered the call was way more thorough in the information regarding their company & services. Very clear and fair. He said there would be a 89$ service charge that would apply to the repairs if I chose to go through with the recommend service options and their truck is fully equipped with parts.When I called the company I originally wanted to call they had to call me back and no info about how they work. The owner called me back saying he couldn't make it until tomorrow, when I explained that reliable was sending someone within 35 minutes and I was nervous because of bad reviews, he told me not to trust the reviews and when I told him about the call he said that they sound really up front and $89 for the service call that applies to service was a great deal. Well he was right! Rick, my technician showed up as expected, immediately introduced himself & reiterated the company's policies. He found my problems quickly. Told me that they were easily fixable. Checked 3 different issues & options and my immediate original issue was fixed for the $89! GREAT SERVICE & Professionalism thank you Reliable!!
