I live in the Hayward Hills and I was having problems with my WiFi connection which affected my Sonos system, Cell phone connectivity and other computer equipment that requires WiFi.

I tried several remedies to resolve the issue like buying an Orri and other WiFi extenders. None worked.

Regent5 came to my home and resolved all of my WiFi issues. Their staff is professional and knowledgeable and always available to me when I had questions.

He and his team assessed my home for security vulnerabilities, recommended a video surveillance system, and installed it quickly and seamlessly. They also upgraded my WiFi and cell phone reception, with excellent results; installed a Sonos wireless sound system in my home and back yard; and rewired for and installed a flat screen TV in a tricky spot. We have used Regent5 for 4 years and they are the best! After struggling with other AV companies we decided to try Cham and he made everything seamless for us! Both Cham and his team are very reliable and always take the time to both set-up and explain each device. We have not had one issue with any of their work to date, including automated lights, universal remotes, security cameras, all tvs and speakers, sonos, heat lamps, chandeliers and recessed lighting. They are very precise with their work and even with the construction they did, I couldn't tell where they cut into walls and ceilings. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Highly recommend Regent5. Top notch service for your internet and cable TV needs. Very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Our wireless router was not powerful enough to cover all our needs (house, detached garage and home office), so Cham and his team installed a hardwired internet system from the house to small home office located in rear of yard. They did an excellent job for a reasonable price. Communication with Cham is easy and timely. Team showed up on the day and at the time appointed. Better yet:
nine months later our in-house internet failed and Cham came out and fixed it for FREE! Now that's service!!

I have been battling with the control4 system at my home for three years now and decided enough is enough. After some extensive research and a few calls to home theater installers and audio video contractors I found the Regent5 squad on Yelp. It also greatly helped the fact that one of my neighbors had used them for installing security and video surveillance. They walked me through all the options and offered me three packages for a full AV, Lighting, Home theater, Security, Wifi overhaul. A simple package, a deluxe package and the full works package. I choose the deluxe package with a Savant system for home automation.

They did a great job from the wiring, installation to teaching me how to use the system. Five stars to the company and their work ethic.
