Cham did an excellent job installing security cameras at our home. He assessed our needs, had us purchase the recommended equipment, gave us an accurate and reasonable estimate, and finished the complicated job perfectly. We are very happy with how the system is functioning. Additionally, he fixed an Internet problem we were experiencing and upgraded our TVs and sound system. He and his colleagues were always professional and neat. We highly recommend AV Druids!

Cham has been such a big help, picking up where someone else left off, getting us up-to-date on our home theater system and our wireless/home computer functions. He is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Appointments sometimes take awhile, which is the norm for this industry, so give yourself time -- but if there is an emergency, he will find the time to promptly see you. We have been very happy with his quality of work and integrity and I highly recommend him and his team.

I contacted Cham after having had another ""professional"" work on my AV system over the course of a few months (and quite a few $) with an unsatisfactory result. Cham came in and very quickly diagnosed the problems with how the system had been set up and ways to optimize and expand its functionality. He quickly and very thoroughly redesigned features of my AV set up so that now I have a far more functional set up that is RELIABLE!!! He even did a quick correct of my IT situation that was causing difficulties with wireless connectivity in my home, and now that system is functioning at a higher capacity and with greater reliability! Cham can do it all! He's also extremely pleasant to work with - a very nice person. I look forward to re-engaging his services with an expansion of my current AV set up in the near future.

I found AV Druids/ Cham on Yelp. After having some of my friends help me install my speaker, A/V, wireless system a year ago -- it turns out I had so many issues along the way which caused problems all the way down to the wireless. When I had a company come out to help me with my wireless (which meant remotes dependent on wireless, etc), it was a disaster. 4 hours and 320$ later -- the wireless was almost completely broken. I called Cham the next morning (saturday) and he actually made time to come out to my house that afternoon. He helped me get to the point where i could function until he could get me a list of items that he felt were much more simple and widely used (Sonos) that would get me everything I needed vs. the complicated/antiquated system i had from just a year before. I ordered everything (ps, he told me about a bunch of different technology options not just Sonos so he let me chose and explained the diff) and when it was delivered,he came and knocked everything out in one day. He scheduled to come out the following weekend to finish it up and go through a tutorial with me. It is amazing...i can't explain it. To further explain how amazing it is -- the reason i had my friend's help a year ago was b/c I contacted another company that quoted me 38K for one system and a 2nd one was 23K. With AV Druids, had I contacted them a year ago, I would have had a simple, low cost solution that was in today's technology and delivered what I needed in my house. Next step for him is to now hook up wii U for the front room, apple TV and an outdoor seamless system by re-deploying the existing sonos controller and control music in the backyard. You can not go wrong with them, I live to tell. THANK YOU CHAM!!!!!

I highly recommend Cham! I initially purchased a sound bar for my TV that I thought I could easily replace myself with the existing sound bar. When I took the old sound bar off I immediately realized that I could not do it myself. It was very late in the day, around 5pm. He quickly came over to help me. That in itself was amazing. He looked at what I bought and gave me a much better suggestion. I ordered what I needed and within a couple of days he sent David over to put my new sound system together. Cham came himself at the end and made sure that everything was done well and he tought be how to use my new remote. We couldn't be happier with our new sound system and we can't wait to watch a movie this weekend. I would not hesitate to give Cham's name out to anyone in need of a home theater system. His prices are also reasonable.

Chamila responded promptly when I contacted him, even though it was a weekend. If you have ever tried to get technical support you know this is amazing. He offered to come out right away. When he did show up he quickly assessed the problem we were having with network connections on our home wifi network and proposed a simple solution. Having done all of this he was prepared to leave without charging for what he had done... However I wanted some help with running some cable and relocating one of the routers so he did this for me. Total charge was very reasonable and in general I cannot say enough about his technical expertise and how he runs his business.

Cham and his guys came to my home this evening to mount a 70 inch Sony 4k television. The team did an A+++ job hanging the television and dropping wires behind the wall. Looks perfect. Also, Cham took the time to show me how to get the most out of my new TV, how to set-up the remotes, optimize internet/wifi connection, etc. Icing on the cake .... Cham ended up charging me LESS then his original quote. Not a stone left unturned. I will have Cham back for my surround sound job next! Highly recommended.

As I write this review, I'm enjoying the handy work from Cham and his team, listening to the music from the audio system they set up for my place. A few things to note:

1) He is very timely and responsive: I was only two weeks away from moving into my new place, and realized I forgot to get some help with setting up the audio visual system. I found AV Druids on yelp and frantically called them. Cham was able to accommodate my schedule and stopped by the next day to do an assessment. Because some of the wires have to go through the crawl space, he recommended that all the installation be done before I move in so it won't get dusty. His team managed to complete the installation before I moved in.

2) He gives GREAT recommendation on what equipment to use: The previous owners left behind an older set of equipment so Cham recommended me to sell them and replace them with a different system. What a great recommendation. I can now use my phone to control all the music and listen to podcast, radio, and any music I have on my phone in any room.

3) His design element is fantastic. I asked for a clean esthetic and to hide all the equipment and wires, and that's what I got. The audio visual elements feel tucked away and not intrusive and the room feels really clean.

With Cham's help I now feel like I'm living in the 21st Century. :-) Thank you for a fantastic job done!!

We were having an issue with our home Wifi and I contacted Cham out of desperation. I found him on Yelp and was impressed with all of the positive feedback AV Druids has received. Cham was very responsive and came by the next day to check out everything. He quickly figured out the problem and provided a set of recommendations. The following week he showed up on time and installed the new equipment. He was professional, courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. He even helped fix an AV problem we had been dealing with. I look forward to using AV Druids in the future.
