Regent5 is really the only standout company in the home electronics design space that does world-class work while charging reasonable prices. We've lived in our home for several years and have wanted to add a level of integrate home-automation (interior & exterior lighting, door-locks, security, audio-wiring, etc) that 1) we couldn't do ourselves and 2) didn't want to pay a general contractor without an eye for design to do. Regent5 understood our technical needs as well as our aesthetic needs, coordinated a team of subcontractors and executed immediately. Supreb service!

We wanted to have outdoor surveillance cameras installed. I requested quotes from many companies. Only two came out to look at the house. Everyone else just emailed me random quotes. Cham came out on a Sunday. I had the notion of installing outdoor Nest Cams. Only Cham gave me advice on the poor quality of outdoor Nest Cams compared to a traditional system, and the security problems with outdoor Nest Cams (needing AC power, wifi access, etc.) I was very impressed with how thorough he was in explaining everything to me.

We ended up having a traditional system installed and couldn't be happier with the results. His team was professional, meticulous, and courteous. They did not leave any mess. The installation was efficient and beautiful. The camera quality was fantastic. Most of all, his price was very reasonable.

We also found out he does AV and entertainment systems, and will be using him again for our home entertainment system upgrade. I highly recommend this company!

Regent 5 did a great job with our AV upgrade and new security system wiht 4 cameras and the dvr. The crew was prompt, careful, polite, and thorough. Cham made suggestions for the installation which resulted in a much cleaner and more presentable installation than what we originally had in mind. He also improved our internet signal strength - an added bonus for the entire house. The price was competitive and our email and phone interactions were efficient. We are happy with the results, and the systems are better than what we envisioned when we started the process.

Cham came twice to my house to discuss various options to install 8 outdoor cameras and minimize the amount of work and wiring throughout the house. He is very knowledgeable about the security camera business, but what struck me even further is also his knowledge of the IT business, making many recommendations about data backup, potential usage of the cloud, as well as recommendations on routers and access points. Other security camera installers lacked that IT in-depth knowledge.
His installation team was very professional and very efficient, and the overall pricing was quite fair. Would definitely recommend!

I've waited over 5 months since Cham did a walkthrough at my place and I still have not gotten a quote on a project that included full a/v and security builds at my house. I've reached out a few times reminding them of this quote request and I was consistently ignored.

I understand that sometimes companies are busy, and even asked them to just let me know if for any reason the project at my place was not a fit for them. Completely ignoring potential customers is very unprofessional and disappointing.
