Cham asked I come to their studio (pre covid). Then we wasted another hour of my life doing a walk through of my house. Then didn't return my calls when I asked for a quote and to move forward. No explanation why, just didn't return any calls. I suspect my $30k project was too small during this hot period of home construction but give me a break - don't waste my time and then disappear. We engaged with Cham and Regent5 during construction and he was involved with all the low voltage wiring for our house for the AV and security system. He was involved throughout to make sure he was installing things as the general contractor needed it. Since completion, his team has installed all the AV and security systems both inside and outside the house.

Cham recommended all devices including music system, televisions, and cameras. He heard our needs and found solutions that fit both our needs and our budget. He's aware of the changes in technology and makes sensible decisions given what's coming. He's engaged with our cable company and alarm company to make sure everything works as expected.

In addition to Cham, there is a great team at Regent5, each an expert in his area. Cham and his team are pleasure to work with - professional and responsive and one of the most collaborative, friendly teams I've worked with.

I could not recommend Cham, his team and Regent5 more highly.

I can't recommend a business with more enthusiasm than I have for Regent5. Every step of our appointment and service installation was incredible and easy. Quick response, easy estimate process, professionalism and superlative service. I just moved here from Oregon, needed better wi-fi connection, network configuration and wire consolidation, TV service in 2 bedrooms, and connection for our Sonos sound bars. As an added bonus, Cham helped set up my Ring and solved billing and service issues I was having with Comcast. Awesome crew and follow up support. Regent 5 just finished installing commercial grade WiFi access points on every level of our house. Now we have zero dead spots and full WiFi access everywhere (including the backyard). I really can't say enough good things about Regent 5. They have installed our wifi, intercom system, electric car chargers, security and video surveillance for our home. It's an older house so it was not all straight forward. In addition to the setup, Regent 5 has been very responsive to service calls. I would definitely recommend them for any home tech needs!

I have been struggling with my wifi for quite some time now. Now, all that has changed.

At first, I was told (by others) that I didn't have a fast enough plan, so I changed it but keep being dropped. So I changed my plan. The problem persisted. Then someone else (not Regent 5) said I need a strong router; so I spent $300 on a router. It didn't fix the issue. I finally gave up and called Regent5.

The owner is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and patient. As were the person that coordinated my service appointment, and the technicians that came and installed the equipment.

I now have a fast, reliable internet and can focus on my business.

I highly recommend Regent5. In fact, I have already sent them referrals and feel confident in doing so after my experience.
