Called on Thursday afternoon for an estimate. Was given an appointment for Friday. Brandon showed up on time, did a thorough inspection and provided a quote to move 3 outlets and cap off 3 others.

He got started right away, did the job efficiently, checked with me on any questions, cleaned up thoroughly. He was polite and respectful. I'd definitely use Red Royal next time I need an electrician.

I trust these folks for anything and everything electrical. 5 stars don't quite do it justice. They've done everything at my house from installing a chandelier on a 16ft tall ceiling to setting up the heat pump for the pool. They are highly professional and punctual. They are communicative, transparent in their pricing and are always looking for ways to make things easier for the customer. Okay my overall experience was five star the first electrician who came out was not five star. But I called and spoke to Carol they worked everything out and sent a second electrician who did the job that I needed done at a fair price I will definitely use them again.

DISCLAIMER: I did not use this company for work. I only communicated with them through the Yelp quote process. Regardless, they were quick to respond but when I ask for an estimate (after a very detailed description of my issue), their only response was for me to setup an appointment. They wanted to come out and charge me when I had no idea if this would cost $10 or $1,000. There was no info about a service fee or any other fee. This is a red flag for me. Just charge me a ""check it out"" fee and, ideally, put it towards the final bill. I don't appreciate companies that just assume you'll pay whatever they feel like charging. Caveat Emptor!

Red Royal is awesome. They do what they say and their work is top notch. They have added outlets and switches in one home and also did a remodel in an entire condo. They also look to ensure you are happy with the final look and result.

I have used Red Royal Electric on a few occasions. They have installed ceiling fans for me and also repaired the faulty and dangerous work done by another electrical contractor. They've always been forthcoming and honest with their estimates and their work. They have also been transparent in their diagnosis of issues and professional with their work. I cannot recommend them enough.
