Armando was a rock star! He went above and beyond to find out what was causing our electrical outage. From looking in the attic to finally finding the culprit which was an outside blown motion light wiring. Masterful and meticulous!

I needed some outlets added in my home. They were very quick to answer my request for an estimate and were punctual for the appointment. Very professional outfit. I highly recommend them for your electrical issues. They finished all the work and left the area clean, which included drywall cutting. They installed 5 outlets for mew in 1/2 a day. I was impressed at how quickly they got the job done. Highly recommended.

I wanted a ceiling fixture replaced with a new one. In August of 2022 they did that job for me for $148 and I was happy with the service. Recently I received a flyer in the mail from them with discount coupons. I decided to replace another ceiling fixture. They reduced the charge by $49 based on the coupon and still charged me $49 more than they did 11 months ago charging me $197 for a simple one for one replacement as I had the new fixture already. That is a 33% increase even after the $49 discount coupon. I shall not be doing business with Red Royal again.

Quotes for service requested were explained well & there was no pressure whatsoever to choose a more expensive option for the install. We needed some electrical work done around the house including the following: Hard Wiring and Installing our Ring Doorbell, Installing a Nest Thermostat, Adding a new 4 prong outlet for our Washer and Dryer, swapping out our ceiling fans with a light fixture and installing some USB/Power Outlet boxes. Whew. Those tasks took several hours over the course over a few days but kudos to Brandon as he busted his butt to get the job done. He mentioned he's from Detroit so he's used to getting dirty and working hard. I loved that.

Also, kudos to him as he corrected an installation error and came back to fix it at 9pm on a Saturday night!

We'll have more work for RRE in the future and will request to work with Brandon. Shout out to Armando for the assist with B as well.

I also appreciated the over communication from the company verifying the appointment time!
