The first call is the best part of your interaction with Red Apple. They sent Eric out to review and provide a quote. He left my house and said they would get back to me with a formal quote. A week goes by and nothing. I called after a week and half or so to nudge them. I received no call back and it has been 3 weeks. If they're not interested in doing the work they should just say so or be transparent. But no communication is not a good way to build reputation. I'll move on with another vendor.

Seriously incompetent .... I wasted 3 weeks waiting for clear estimates and finally ....they generated a work contract offer they could not enforced....!!

Red Apple provided excellent service as always. Martin arrived early and looked into a concern I had relating to my AC. After he inspected the AC he explained that the ""problem"" in no way impacts the functioning of the unit. I could spend a few hundred dollars with no benefit. I greatly appreciate him explaining the options honestly.

Prompt and very courteous service by technician Martin. And best of all they are HONEST. They explain everything to you so that you can easily understand. No gimmicks or scams, just good old fashioned great service. I would recommend them first over other companies in the South Bay for sure.

I was looking for a very reliable, reputable HVAC company that does not cost too much money for at least 10 months. I've gone through reading endless reviews on Yelp and talking with numerous companies, but I was not happy with anyone. And then I contacted the Red Apple Air. There are no words to describe how happy I am with Fermin, the owner/CEO, and his installation crew. They are beyond magnificent! Fermin responded to my call very quickly demonstrated his incredible knowledge, expertise, and confidence of know how immediately. The very next day, he and his crew about 5 of them showed up for work. His crane dropped off a brand new unit and picked the old one away over my balcony of our second floor. The crane went over all the electric lines reaching down from above for a safe and sound delivery of a brand new unit and pick up the old one. That was a totally awesome experience to have. Fermine designed a very holistic cleanest air modern brand new systems that works in the most efficient and effective manner related to providing a very good health, clean air, clean energy while the cost is totally effective working with our solar systems. For at least a decade, there was never enough air flow for our downstairs, but with Fermin's design, clean air is flowing upstairs, downstairs, and in every room of our home. His installation crew, i.e. Johnny, Pablo, Ramiro, couple other technicians and Fermin were absolutely exceptional, knowing their trade extremely well. They've gone above and beyond doing their job in such a expert manner that we are absolutely happy with their highest quality of their work and delivery. We are now enjoying our new holistic clean air clean energy systems every sing day. I am highly recommending this company, the CEO/Owner and his crews!!!!!!!!!

I called Red Apple air for some electrical work based on some recommendations on the Neighborhood Next Door app. This is a wonderful business. Everyone my wife and I spoke to were friendly and professional. They came out quickly and gave us an estimate and then completed the work way ahead of time due to another job's delay. The work was professionally done. I was at work the entire time of the job but the workers patiently walked my wife through everything they were doing and did a wonderful job of explaining things. I would absolutely recommend Red Apple Air and would use them for all future needs. Dennis

What I liked best was that someone answered the phone right away every time I called. They had a little trouble with one of their vehicles so they did have to reschedule but the technician did a neat job. I believe that the job was completed the same week I called them.

I found Red Apple Air last year. Fermin, Eric and Johnnie fixed or replaced all things electrical in my rental house that was built in 1951. That included moving and replacing a breaker box, new HVAC, undergrounded some wires, they brought electricity to the garage and added outdoor lighting and outlets. They were professional, did great work, had good ideas and gave me options , different price points, and clearly explained the work they were going to do. I was very happy. So pleased that I'm using them this year to upgrade the house I live in. Eric is handling the project and he is a pleasure to work with. He has gone above and beyond his usual duties. I was concerned about seeing the air conditioner in the garden. He creatively camouflaged it with a lattice and small vines. Wow! I would give this company more than 5 stars if I could.

First time using Red Apple Air and it's been a great experience. Eric came out to look at HVAC unit to determine what could be done to cool off my 3rd floor loft. He also provided neighbor with options to redirect more air to bedroom when needed. Eric provided us both with quotes while he was here and we were able to get work scheduled quickly.

A few days later, my hot water heater started making some strange noises. When I called the office, they were fully booked for day. But, since I was an ""existing customer"" (even though work hadn't been done yet), they sent Eric over right away to check things out. Unfortunately, the noises had stopped by the time he got here but he told me to video it if/when they reoccurred so he could evaluate.

On the day the HVAC work was scheduled, the crew showed up on time and completed all work within time period they had estimated. Martin worked with his team to get all the work done efficiently and cleanly. He also helped diagnose and fix an issue I was having with my AC. Had them do annual inspection of heater and cooler, add a supply duct to my loft, replace thermostat with a Nest and clean ductwork.
