I called Red Apple air for some electrical work based on some recommendations on the Neighborhood Next Door app. This is a wonderful business. Everyone my wife and I spoke to were friendly and professional. They came out quickly and gave us an estimate and then completed the work way ahead of time due to another job's delay. The work was professionally done. I was at work the entire time of the job but the workers patiently walked my wife through everything they were doing and did a wonderful job of explaining things. I would absolutely recommend Red Apple Air and would use them for all future needs. Dennis

What I liked best was that someone answered the phone right away every time I called. They had a little trouble with one of their vehicles so they did have to reschedule but the technician did a neat job. I believe that the job was completed the same week I called them.

I found Red Apple Air last year. Fermin, Eric and Johnnie fixed or replaced all things electrical in my rental house that was built in 1951. That included moving and replacing a breaker box, new HVAC, undergrounded some wires, they brought electricity to the garage and added outdoor lighting and outlets. They were professional, did great work, had good ideas and gave me options , different price points, and clearly explained the work they were going to do. I was very happy. So pleased that I'm using them this year to upgrade the house I live in. Eric is handling the project and he is a pleasure to work with. He has gone above and beyond his usual duties. I was concerned about seeing the air conditioner in the garden. He creatively camouflaged it with a lattice and small vines. Wow! I would give this company more than 5 stars if I could.

First time using Red Apple Air and it's been a great experience. Eric came out to look at HVAC unit to determine what could be done to cool off my 3rd floor loft. He also provided neighbor with options to redirect more air to bedroom when needed. Eric provided us both with quotes while he was here and we were able to get work scheduled quickly.

A few days later, my hot water heater started making some strange noises. When I called the office, they were fully booked for day. But, since I was an ""existing customer"" (even though work hadn't been done yet), they sent Eric over right away to check things out. Unfortunately, the noises had stopped by the time he got here but he told me to video it if/when they reoccurred so he could evaluate.

On the day the HVAC work was scheduled, the crew showed up on time and completed all work within time period they had estimated. Martin worked with his team to get all the work done efficiently and cleanly. He also helped diagnose and fix an issue I was having with my AC. Had them do annual inspection of heater and cooler, add a supply duct to my loft, replace thermostat with a Nest and clean ductwork.

Fermin supervised and executed the replacement of our central heating and replaced it with a central heating and air conditioning in 2018. They have been doing the annual maintenance for the system and have always been professional, thorough and courteous. Martin has taken over field service from Fermin and is continuing the tradition of excellent service!

We had Fermin the owner come out with his assistant Martin. Our AC Heater unit was shot after 30 something years. So we had our ducts cleaned out and a new silver package installed. It comes with some nice features like a air purification system which I need for a severe lung issue. It comes with a maintenance plan that was included. I am very happy with this. Peace of mind. It's so nice to have heat and my bill will be less since it's a new system. These are the nicest people I have dealt with. Their office is right down the street which is great! That way they can just buzz on over here. My neighbors also got theirs replaced. I think 4 of us chose to go for it . This is the place to call if you need a new system or repairs. Our new home was missing a vent, so Red apple sent out Sam to cut a new hole and install a vent. He worked on if for a few hours and it's working well, nice clean job, thank you Sam!

Fermin and his team are fast workers and offered the best price out of all the other companies. Its been about 6 months since they installed my new unit and it runs perfectly, no issues, no problems just ice cold air when we want it.

The customer service at Red Apple Air was wonderful!!! I felt at ease when Sarah explained to me who was coming to the house, how many technicians, and how I am doing throughout the process. The technicians had to come to the house three times, because the heater they installed, wasn't working properly, but the owner came back out asap, and installed another heater.

What I like about Red Apple Air, was that they kept me informed with everything, which these days, is very important; I am very pleased to do future business with Red Apple Air.
