I hired RB Handyman Services to help repair 25+ open panels. Unfortunately, I had to do repiping for my 1800 square foot house. I then contacted various GC/repair vendors based Yelp reviews. When Rick came to do estimate, he was the only one who broke down details and related costs. He estimated 2 weeks. His team completed the project within their estimated time.

During these 2 weeks, one of his guys couldn't make 1 day due to personal matters. They notified me in the morning prior to the start of their day. Jason picked it up by working a bit longer to stay on schedule.

They also called out the plumber who accidentally cut my electric wires related to my kitchen outlet and garbage disposal. They openly shared its not to code and they couldn't patch it. The plumber came back a few times, doing a quick fix. I ultimately ended up complaining to the plumber's president, who finally did the right thing and fixed it according to code.

Unfortunately, RB Handyman missed counted the # of holes. To be fair, we mutually agreed to pay an additional cost for the missed holes (bit at lower/per hole cost).

I appreciated how Jason prepped and covered our floors and furniture. I also appreciate how they respected the apace and put it back accordingly. Jason did an excellent job closing the panels and matching the roughness of the wall. I appreciate the quality, their professionalism, their integrity with code, timeliness, etc.

I will definitely use them for future projects. Thank you, Rick and Jason!

Found on Yelp with Good reviews by many. Responded right away to give estimate and were honest about 3 week wait time-very busy after storms. Even though our scheduled appointment had to move by a couple days due to their busy schedule we appreciated their honest communication. We appreciated that for the work we needed ( dry rot repairs) the price seemed reasonable for the quality of the work and location of our home from their home base. Incredibly property conscious- cleaned up very well after each 2 days of work. We were happy with the results compared to what we started with. Replaced the side of our shed, skirts on 4 patio roof posts and dry rot on garage door trim. They caulked and sealed all in preparation for a paint job which is why some of the pictures may not appear so neat but knowing we are going to paint, it didn't need to look perfect-just protected for now. One item that could use improvement: The person who came to bid the job took many pictures but none of that information made its way to the 2 workers who came, therefore they had to leave and get all the materials necessary to do the job. I am sure they could have done this job more quickly and efficiently if they had everything they needed from the beginning (in other words, why take pictures if you're not going to pass the information along to those responsible for the work). Thanks for a good job! We truly appreciated your skills to complete the job to our satisfaction. Neighbors have also taken down your contact information from your truck. I hope it brings you more business.

I've had RB out a couple of times and am very happy with the results each time. Once for some Sheetrock repairs and the last time to replace the toe panel in the kitchen that a leaky dishwasher ruined. They were very professional and courteous, on time and cleaned up after themselves. I will use them again when needed!

I hired the company to estimate for a possible leaking damage from the roof. Frank came out and gave me his assessment. The real cause was the roof. Though his company does not do the roof, he still spent the timing communicating to what needs to be done and what not to be done. For a zero handy person like me, I really appreciate this as I feel he is watching out for my best interest. I definitely put his company in mind for my next project.

We had the best experience with RB Handyman Services! Prices were very reasonable and we got a detailed estimate letting us know exactly what each item on our list would cost. We had a huge list of projects to complete, including disconnecting and reconnecting plumbing, electric, and appliances in our kitchen and bathrooms. It was so convenient to be able to get everything completed by one company rather than calling out a separate contractor for each item.

The quality of the completed work was top-notch and the attention to detail was impressive. Our under-sink pipes were a complete mess before, taking up the entire cabinet and running in every direction. They are so streamlined and well-assembled now. It would have been very easy to just reassemble them in the haphazard condition they were found, but they took the time to make sure it was done properly and use quality materials. Some of the work was made more difficult because of idiosyncracies in the way our house was built, but they found ways to make it work rather than just telling us it couldn't be done.

We also had a couple of chandeliers that we needed installed. We had spoken with electricians who wouldn't work on our 20 foot ceilings, but RB Handyman was able to get it done. One of the chandeliers ended up being way heavier than I had expected, and I have no idea how they managed to get it all the way up there, but they did it!

We will definitely be using RB Handyman for our future projects. They went above and beyond what we expected. Instead of just doing the bare minimum, they completed the work in the way I would have done it if I had the skills to do so. They were respectful of our home and left everything clean and neat when they were done. Highly recommended!

I will echo what others said. Frank was thorough and detailed in his appts and estimates. Jason and Logan did an excellent job performing the various home repairs. They were professional, thorough, courteous, attentive to detail, eager to please, showed up on time, and communicated well. The charges were reasonable. I would be interested in using RB Handyman Services again, once I have enough new items. Thanks guys!

I requested quotes from several companies to do a demolition job to remove a decorative pergola and patch up the stucco wall where the pergola was attached to. RB Handyman Services came back with a competitive quote. They scheduled the job quickly and accommodated my needs. On the day of the job, Robert and Jurado came right on time. They communicated well and explained to me what they planned to do. They laid out carefully the protective sheet to protect the surrounding areas and kept the job site neat and clean. They did the job well with high quality and paid lots of attention to the details. The company filled a niche area that is between the typical ""light duty""'handyman and ""full service"" general contractor by having crew that can handle jobs of multiple trades. I highly recommend them.
