I've known Rick for about 4 years now.
I've been in the Flooring business for years and Rick and I have worked on the same job sites together on a few occasions.
I'm impressed with his communication with his clients, his scheduling of his work and most of all, how much knowledge he has about issues he can point out to his clients.
I've been on plenty of job sites where I've seen other contractors have either missed something or done a project wrong, because they didn't know how to do it.
Rick really looks at issues, deeply, not just on the surface.
He's extremely serious about the work he and his personnel do at the jobs sites.
He really has a great sense of humor, when you get past the seriousness of his work.
He's always been great to work with.
Communication not just to his client is important, but also with someone like myself or my installers as well, to keep jobs on schedule or beating the time scheduled.

I just hired Rick to install gutter guards at my rental, and they did a great job. The finished product was of a very high quality. It was apparent that they really cared about the quality of their work and weren't just rushing to get to the next job like some of the other vendors I've hired lately. I was very happy with the jobs that RB Handyman did for me. They repaired and painted an arbor on my patio and it looks new! I really haven't had such good service in a long time. It is also really hard to find honest hard working companies and I feel RB Handyman is one.
I'm single and own my home and will not hesitate to call on Rick and his guys to help me again.

I would give 10+ stars if they were available. It doesn't get any better. Ric and his crew are absolutely amazing. They are professional, and focused; which makes them quick without compromising their quality of work. I had so many issues, and they got right in there and made them right. They spent all day, and did not leave until the jobs were fully complete. They also do little things you don't ask for, but because of their pride in their work, they just do those little things. It's what they do, but it sure does make a difference in everyday living. They are very fair and reasonably priced. I feel so appreciative.

He was totally on time, and they cleaned up after themselves- probably better than when they came ! Who does that???

The quality that RB has to offer is extremely rare these days. I would recommend him and his team to anybody I know, and I will never consider looking outside of RB for a Handyman.

I'm from the Midwest and very, very skeptical of most services as I feel I'm always getting ripped off in California. Not the case with rick, his price beat another handyman I've used and the workmanship was high quality. He replaced some dry rot around my windows. It's easy to so a sloppy job on stuff like that. He used a higher quality wood than I have now and the boards look perfect. I'm very happy and will definitely use him again!

My first impression of Rick was very positive. He arrived on-time for our appt, was professional and clearly knew his business as we walked through the project and discussed the various options. He was informative and helped educate me on what to consider when making a decision on my project.

I did look at other companies but quickly came back to RB Handyman based on my comfort level, Rick's professionalism and his comprehensive proposal that addressed my needs, concerns and budget.

While he wasn't the cheapest, he was very aggressively priced but, more importantly to me, provided significantly higher value and ultimately, did a stellar job in repairing/replacing my fence, fixing a retaining wall as well as changing out all the hardware and realigning my gates.

I would use Rick at RB again and recommend his work to anyone needing handyman help for any projects (big or small) around the house.
