I blew my circuit breaker and I thought I needed to replace it. I booked to have a different company to come out to look at my problem and it was for the next day and they would not tell me how much it would cost.

So I went on Yelp and found R Pro Electric and the front desk told me they were pretty booked but she would try to a hold of Rick to see if he could squeeze me in. I talked to Rick and he said I should push the breaker harder to the off position and then back over to the on position. This worked and my power was restored.

He said he would feel bad coming out to my home to flip a switch and charge me $175. There are a few good people left out there and I found me one.

Absolute fantastic company to work with!
Was able to install 11 Ethernet outlets, a central patch panel and some supporting power outlets in our house with very short notice and did absolute quality work. All outlets were ran without any additional drywall holes to support and no exposed wires.

Lots of pride in their work with great results!

What an awesome company! I already wrote a good review based on an upgrade R Pro Electric did a few months ago. Today, I ran into a problem when I tried replacing a few older switches. I fried some wires in the process. I called Rick and told him about my problem. He sent someone the same day. The technician took care of the issues in no time. This was a huge relief because the house is not on the MLS. So I couldn't afford any downtime. Everything is working now, thanks to R Pro Electric. Thanks again guys.

R Pro Electric saved the day for us. We just moved into a new large office space in Fremont and were in a crunch to hire an electrician. Most of the ones we called had long lead times, or simply too busy. These folks answered the call right away and even offered to come in on the weekend to work. Everything we wanted got done, in 1 week and they came back to finish off touch ups on our cubicles. They are very professional and have very good rates. We have Osh from R Pro Electric troubleshooting a short-circuit in one of our bathroom. He was able to find the problem quickly. The bathroom happen to have no GFI plug install at all. He installed new GFI plugs to all the bathrooms. He also troubleshoot a ceiling fan problem and found the fan itself was bad. All this time, we thought there were no power to the fan. Now that we know it was the fan, will need to buy a new fan and have R Pro Electric installs it. Osh is awesome, he explained everything as he fixing it.

We (my husband and I) recently completed a kitchen remodel and as part of that job we had to update our electrical boxes so we had a separate electrical line for each appliance etc. and all the electrical wiring had to be replaced. We received quotes from four companies and selected R Pro Electric to do the job and we couldn't be happier that we did! Rick the owner of the company was knowledgeable and happy to share his expertise with us (a nice way of educating us). As a customer, you want to know that your calls will be returned in a timely manner (both before and after the work has been completed) and Rick exceeded my expectations in this area. I recall calling him on Christmas Day and leaving a voice mail message and he not only returned my call within an hour (which of course I did not expect) but then insisted on coming out to take a look at the issue I contacted him about telling me he could come by before going to his Christmas celebration with his family. If that isn't top notch customer service I don't know what is!

With regard to the actual bidding for my job and the work itself, this was all done by Ninous and his brother Osh. We chose R Pro Electric because Ninous was the consummate professional when he came out for the bid/quote and he sold us on this job. Ninous and Osh were both exceptional in ensuring that our needs were not just met but exceeded time and time again throughout the duration of their work at our home. They did a professional job at a reasonable price in a timely manner. I will use this group for all my future electrical needs and highly recommend this team to anyone who needs this type of work done.

We called R Pro on Monday as we had electricity out in several areas of our house. They gave us the time of 7-8 AM Weds. as their window. He was there right at 7:00. Took care of the problem in a few minutes, and the cost was reasonable.

Ninous was very friendly and we talked about some more work we want to have done - we will be calling them back to come and install some ceiling fans.

We definitely will refer friends and neighbors to this business.

I must commend R Pro Electric as one EXCELLENT top notch company to installing our new electrical panel. I am as noted providing them a 5 Star Yelp as well. Both workers Ninous and Osh showed up as informed to the minute. They immedially started work as well as assisting with relocating a couple smoke detectors. They constantly communicated with both PG&E and the City in getting the permit approved in probably record time. They patched and painted and left the job site cleaner than when arrived. No doubt they take deep pride in both their own work ethics and quality of job execution. R Pro represents a perfect company for electrical needs as I can feel totally comfortable and proud writing this review.

R Pro was professional beginning to end. They were super responsive. I booked with them over the phone and my husband wanted them to come out and physically view the property before going with R Pro and they accommodated the request. They got us a quote in a good time frame ( we looked for electricians towards the end of summer and many were busy, some came out to give a quote and we never got the quote from them). R Pro got us an initial quote and when more work was requested amended the quote as needed so that there were no surprises. They installed about 10 outlets, put up a ceiling fan and grounded a few outlets. They took a 1950s house and electrically updated it for all of our tech needs. They took the time to answer endless questions and phone calls about work. Very happy with the final product.

I had them replace my main panel in preparation of Solar. They were on time, courteous and professional. Ashoor was in contact with PG&E and had them come at the end of the day once the final was signed. I highly recommend this company, they will take care of you and make it look easy.
