About a week and a half ago, I looked all over for an electrician right before Thanksgiving. R Pro came as soon as they could. Rick was very professional and gave great advice. we needed a 240 outlet for our Tesla. it was done promptly and even updated our electrical panel. felt they were honest and explained everything very well. we were happy with what we were charged.
we called another time because we were having problems with one of out GFCI outlets. it was replaced and we decided to update other GFCI outlets we have. we wouldn't hesitate to call for any electrical problems we have.

We highly recommend R Pro Electric. We hire them to redo the entire electrical in our house and install canned lighting in all the rooms. They were thorough and meticulous. Rick was very responsive when I reached out to him for a quote. He came over and took the time to ask lots of questions about what we wanted and listened to our concerns. He was able to schedule us in within a couple of weeks, which was amazing.
His team is top-notch. I especially want to recognize Osh who promised me I wouldn't have to clean up every evening when they went home, and he was true to his word. We were never left without electricity, and I was able to continue working from home without any wireless interruptions. We passed inspection without a problem.
Overall, a great experience. We would hire them again for anything electrical.

Wouldn't set a consultation. Only wanted to set and charge for a service call. Told me I wouldn't find any electrician that would come onsite and give an estimate. Literally every other electrician I'm calling has been willing to set a consultation and provide an onsite estimate. This was a short an irritating phone call.

It's been hard to find good contractors that are reliable and do quality work. If you're looking for an electrician that is reliable, knowledgeable and reasonably priced, R-Pro Electric is it. Rick was a complete professional. He emailed me a quote right after meeting with me. I didn't have to ask him for one. I also didn't have to ask him when he was planning to come out. He was very responsive and initiated communication. They had an opening in their schedule and he contacted me a week before my appointment and I happily accepted. One of the electricians that works for him named Osh is amazing. He was thoughtful in how he installed the electrical piping, being aware of the aesthetics and not wanting it to be an eye sore. Osh was smart and resourceful and did really high quality work. He and Rick are also very friendly and personable. Just a pleasure to work with them. Highly recommend.

We called R Pro Electric when one of our circuits stopped working. Mary offered to see if they could fit us in before their next available appointment. As it wasn't an emergency, I opted to just book the next open slot. On the day of service, Mary called to update us on the time of arrival. Within a few minutes, Osh diagnosed our problem. He also took a look at our panel (which is 30 years old), but said it was in good shape and there would be no need to replace at this point. He also told us the requirements for clearance around the panel (we had a rack too close), and took a look at the recessed lighting possibilities in two of our rooms. He gave us good information about our options. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his patience listening and explaining. We found our ""go to"" electricians. Do not hesitate calling this company if you need electrical work done. Honest people who do superior work.

Rick was so easy to work with--from the initial estimate to the close of the project. It was like working with a family friend who was looking out for our best interest. We had an external lighting project at our commercial building. I had absolutely no experience overhauling old light fixtures to LED. He gave me a couple of options, all quality solutions as we didn't want value without quality, for the fixtures. He even spotted items to address so we weren't calling him back after the project closed. I can't say enough about his professionalism, the timeliness (project was started and finished as he said) and the cost/service. I would highly recommend him as we had an excellent experience with rPro.

I had a circuit breaker problem. Rick was here in less than 2 hours. He put a temporary fix in that got my outdoor kitchen operational and identified problems with the original main service to correct in the coming days. I have some experience in electrical construction and have every confidence he will improve on the original installation. The reviews are spot on. These guys are good.
