I am very dissatisfied with RB Travis. It has been a week since they said they would have a bid to fix a hot water leak. They told me it would take 24/48 hours! I STILL do NOT have a bid and now they say it might be 5 more days till they get a bid together. I got stuck with them by Homeserve. Looks like it will be over 2 weeks without hot water!
I get that they are perhaps understaffed, but don't take a job you can't deliver on, and don't deceive your customers about timelines
I'll never use them again! and they haven't even done work yet.

Cody was the first representative to come out and do a leak investigation. He was prompt and professional in his handling of my water leak. He explained everything very well, and I felt like I was in good hands. Nicholas came out to finish the cementing job that incurred because of the water leak. Once he checked his work, he noticed that he had Miscalculated how much cement he needed, and then came back on his own accord to finish the job like a professional. As a homeowner, I probably wouldn't have noticed, but I very much appreciated the integrity that he displayed with coming back on his own accord to finish it appropriately. That was really cool. I respect that.

When I received my water bill and saw that it was over $500.00 I freaked out This was triple my regular bill. CCWD sent someone out to check the meter to make sure it wasn't an error . Nope, I had a leak. I was advised to contact a leak detector plumber. I had the names of 3 different companies, One guy said he couldn't get out to work on it for a week. Another didn't return my call til the next day,
RB TRAVIS plumbing contractors responded in a timely manner.The woman I spoke with was very understanding and polite. The next morning Ernesto arrived. He confirmed that the leak was somewhere in the main line between the house and curb. He helped set up an appointment for the next morning Nico showed up bright and early Got to work detecting where the leak was and proceeded to fix it. He filled in the holes that he had to dig and cleaned everything up.
All my contacts with RB TRAVIS were very professional and calming. What for me seemed to be a horrible disaster was resolved very quickly. I can't thank RB TRAVIS enough for being there when I needed them

This guy is a joke makes you pay in advance for booking a simple toilet clearing, which I have no problem doing makes since to some degree, what I do have a problem with is once they show up trying to charge 425.00 dollars to auger a toilet. I was super busy and didn't want to deal with this issue and was under pressure to get this thing going so call a plumber who has done work for family and businesses we also have worked with. I promise you at least one of these businesses will no longer be using him and I'm still going to talk to the other about this. Hopefully leaning them into using another company. I'm in the trades this could have went totally another way I have a good reputation and would have referred him to tons of work. But I'm not into being ripped off. So he had lost my Faith. I dealt with this this morning went to my shop and grabbed my toilet auger was done in 30 seconds if that. We all are trying to make money and I'm ok but a 500 percent profit margin well let's just say we will no longer be using this company and will be looking for someone with more financial ethics

$325/hr?! Way overpriced. I'm a doctor and I don't charge that much. And naturally they make you pay a ""deposit"" before they even come out. Seems like extortion when they get there. Find a local guy.

My tenant called and scheduled an appointment with this company. They came out on Monday November 20th. There were multiple clogged drains at my property. They performed a hydro jet cleaning for a min of 3 hours for $1250. Five days later the drains are clogged again. My tenant called to get assistance. The person that answered the phone stated they were away from their desk and would call back. We are still waiting. I understand that it is thanksgiving week. However, we are in need. The person could at least be honest and not leave us hanging. We are reaching out to other businesses for assistance. I am pretty disappointed considering how expensive it was.

First off the technician smoked MARIJUANA inside his vehicle before doing the job! Smelled like garbage! (Remember it's illegal in California to smoke marijuana in public or in a car)

When I called the office to express my concerns, the owner didn't care nor apologized for the unprofessional demeanor! They ended up breaking up the concrete in the backyard to remedy the problem and did the absolute worst concrete patch job I've ever seen! Literally a joke! I could have done better with a bag of quikcrete! You can still see the saw marks! No attempt to even smooth, mix or fill in the gaps. When I called AGAIN to complain about the poor quality I WAS TOLD THEY DID OUTSTANDING WORK and are the best in the business! I call bull!
