Excellent cost and quality service. Tom has come to my house several times to adjust the proposal to give final reasonable cost. His team has worked extra quality hours to install my A/C and furnace. His team also has done extra work when asked to replace the air vent grills.

I had a circuit breaker break and submitted an online request for a quote late at night. Tom actually texted me back quickly at 1:30am. He called me the next day and came by when he said he would and fixed the porch light I needed and checked the breaker. He said it was old, which it is, and that he would have to pick up the part, but it was already Friday late afternoon and he would have to get it on Monday. Anyway, he was able to get my circuit working temporarily until he could replace the old breaker.
Anyway, he fixed it as promised and did a great job.

A few months ago my wife and I decided that it was time to install HVAC into our home. After getting quotes and meeting with several different companies we decided to go with Tom at Pure Air.

It was definitely the right decision. The pricing is fair and competitive. The team is knowledgable. And most of all the customer service is what you would want it to be for such a huge investment. If I need to get ahold of Tom with a question or concern I know that he will either pick up the phone and/or get back to me in a timely matter. And that is a commodity in this age of business.

Tom from Pure Air came to look at our furnace as it wasn't heating. After checking it out, he decided the gas valve was faulty. However, after a few well positioned knocks, he managed to dislodge whatever was blocking it and the furnace is working again. Had he chosen just to replace the gas valve, it would have cost about $500.

We called Pure Air on 12/29/15, very late In the afternoon after our heater quit working and during a nasty cold spell. Tom and his assistant came out, diagnosed the issue and said they would return on 12/31/15 . They showed up and were up on the roof working to get it fixed at 9 a.m. on the 31st. Turned out we needed an additional part, which was not available locally, and they said they would have to return to complete the job on Monday. Tom personally drove to L.A. on Monday to pick up the part and was back in our office by 3 p.m. to replace (2) boards, change the filter and replace the thermostat. Tom and his staff were professional, worked long hours to diagnose and resolve the issue and Tom even took the time to call us the following day to make sure that we were satisfied with his service. His bill was very reasonable and I highly recommend Pure Air.

Tom at Pure air was able to come to my home late in the evening to accommodate my schedule. He was able to fix my heating unit for significantly less than what others had quoted me. I received three quotes for the part i needed along with the labor. One quote was $1,500, another was $750 and Tom was the lowest at $595. I felt his price was more than fair particularly considering he was willing to start the job at 7:00 pm for me.

I highly recommend Tom and Pure Air as a well priced and great service provider for Heating and Air Conditioning needs.

We just had to take the time to write this review for Tom Nguyen and his crew at Pure Air because they have simply been fantastic. Actually this was the second time that we have used their services. Tom gave us a great deal the first time we had to redo our duct work. They were fast, efficient and delivered great work. When we had issues recently with the heating system not working, we didn't hesitate to call Tom again. He gave us a great deal again and completed the job under the time he estimated. It has been a pleasure to work with Tom because he explains everything thoroughly, the prices are fair and best of all the work is well done.
