I would completely recommend this family owned business, Pure Air, to anyone and everyone!!!! Our heater stopped working. I called around and most places I called said they needed to speak to my landlord, like what!

I called the SoCal gas company and the guy they sent over was a joke! Don't waste your time with the gas company.

We were without a heater for weeks until I found Pure Air! 1. They didn't need to speak to my landlord 2. Tom which I believe is the owner but I could be wrong, FaceTimed me ON. THE. SPOT. 3. He came the same DAY to look at our heater. 4. He came the next DAY to FIX the heater and had the part with him that it needed.

Tom is the sweetest man ever. He accepted Venmo bc let's be honest who carries cash. Tom saved us from the winter's chill and I'm so grateful.

Ps don't waste your time with anyone else, Tom is your guy! Trust me!

Phenomenal job with putting in central air/heat plus ducts in my house. It is a house from the 50's and they did a quick/affordable job. Also fast wood repair/wall patch repair. I have never dealt with a company this quick in this business! Some people in the business never showed up, etc. that I tried to hire or didn't complete the job.

Pure air was straight on their game and so professional. Totally recommend them!

Hi Tom-

Thank you for the reply... As I mentioned you and your team were very friendly and responsive which I appreciated. I was mistaken in that it was not $150, as it was $75 that I paid for your tech to come out. From the knowledge that I have gained in this experience is that if you are not Carrier certified I have to pay for the part, then it goes through the warranty process and then I get that money back. In addition if the unit has issues down the road and Carrier sees that a non Carrier contractor replaced a part then it will void the unit's warranty. Again this is just what Carrier told me. In any case I do appreciate you reaching out. I also appreciate you sending me a check for $75 to cover the fees. Thank you.... I would have no problem referencing your company to friends. Thanks again...

My air conditioning stopped working in a heatwave. I called and talked to Tom (owner) who sent out his son and a colleague that same day. They were polite, wore masks and got straight to the job. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it. I have no idea if the cost was reasonable but I was very happy with the service. Paid just over $300 for them to test system, change filter, clear out nasty clogged hose that was causing the problem and clean up. As a bonus, I loved the company van they were driving - very cool and eye-catching paint job.

Tom came to inspect the unit and gave me an estimate. He was very kind, helpful and answered all my questions.

Kevin arrived shortly after and was amazing! He was professional, polite, patient, and went above and beyond. He went to purchase a part that was needed and came back within the hour. He even helped me move furniture to get to the Air Vent. He also took the time to help me set up The Nest App, that I was having trouble figuring out! He also swept my staircase and floor before leaving! Very impressed!

My AC stopped working over Labor day weekend and during a heat wave! I messaged PureAir that night (Monday) and got a response within the hour. I had someone out first thing Wednesday! Ronnie and Kevin came and were awesome from the start! They were able to diagnose and fix my problem in less than 2 hours. Thanks guys!
