I was ripped off by the technician by mis diagnosing my problem. The cost quoted to repair my AC was exorbitant considering it was mis diagnosed. I paid the service charge and called another company for a second opinion. Nextgen repaired my AC within minutes for thousands less in cost. I do not recommend Pure Air.

Last Friday my insurance company (FAHW) have send a contractor to fix my air conditioning unit. The contractor they send told me that i need to pay $500 out of pocket for the repair needed. I did not believe there diagnose. For second opinion i called PURE AIR.
From Pure Air this morning Mr. Tom Nguyen came and within 10 minutes my cooling started working according to Mr. Nguyen ""low voltage wire were lose"" God bless Mr. Nguyen very honest person.

I have a 2011 Carrier A/C unit that was not pumping out cold air when turned on. It would blow room temperature air, then the compressor would kick in after 45 minutes, sometimes not at all. Before reaching out to Pure Air and Tom, I did some preventative maintenance like changing the interior air filter to a 3M filter, and performing a cleaning and flushing of the A/C unit itself. These procedures did not fix the problem of lack of cold air, so I reached out to Tom via Yelp on a Thursday afternoon. He replied immediately and come out the following morning, prompt and professional. After he inspected the unit, he deduced that it wasn't a freon problem, so he tested the capacitor and realized that was the problem. He had a new and better capacitor on hand than what the unit originally had and was able to replace the capacitor and wrap it all up in no time at a very reasonable price. Tom and Pure Air are an excellent and professional HVAC service and repair company and I would hire them without hesitation.

Tom and his wonderful team at Pure Air are truly the very best of the best. When I started reaching out to businesses for quotes, Tom was the only business manager who was willing to do a virtual estimate over FaceTime. He was incredibly compassionate to the fact that we needed to limit exposure to the public, given that my husband and I have high risk parents whom we are helping during this crazy time of Covid-19. He was professional, honest, incredibly knowledgeable and always thoroughly explained everything and presented us with options. There was never any attempt at upselling the project and he was transparent about everything involved.
We scheduled the project and Tom's team of technicians was FANTASTIC!! They were all so courteous, professional, friendly and extremely respectful. The project took two days and even though we ran into a couple of unforeseen hurdles, which is inevitable when you get into the nitty gritty of almost any home improvement project, Tom and his team were quick to work with us to resolve them and no time was lost. The team communicated everything to us throughout the project and they were cleaner than any other team of professionals we've had in our home. They laid out runners on our stairs and carpet to prevent any stains or damage, vacuumed and cleaned the areas they had worked in at the end of each day and were prompt and on time every single day.
I can't say enough good things about Pure Air! Normally, these home projects can be extremely stressful and unpleasant, but Pure Air made everything painless and stress free. Thank you, Tom and your amazing team of superheroes! You are WONDERFUL!!

Pure air is amazing!!! Here is my story.....
Our 9 yrs old AC stopped working few days ago. After paying a different company $189 for a test, I was told there's a big leak either in the coil or the line set. Without knowing exactly where the leak comes from, that company suggested us to replace the evaporator coil first. Their price to replace the coil is ridiculously high. And we have to wait another 10 days to get it done.
So we decided to shop around and do some our own research. I called at lease 6 different reputable companies yesterday, explained the situation. I feel like my knowledge of AC leak improved dramatically. Lol.... Anyway, no one can get the job done in the timely manner. I was so stressed and disappointed.
Luckily, I found Pure Air this morning. I called around 8am. Tom, the owner answered the phone. He explained to me there are few tests he need to do in order to find out exactly where the leak is. If there's a confirmed leak in the coil, he can replace it on the same day, which is today!!!! Even better, his total price(tests & repair) is VERY competitive!!! His team arrived few hours later. As promised, they located the leak first and replaced with a brand new coil on the same day!! His technicians are very professional. I would love to give them 10 stars!! Thank you so much guys for your help!!!

The did a great job diagnosing and make fair recommendations on repairing my HVAC unit. Came out on a Sunday and even provided tips for getting the most out of our system.

One of the AC systems in our office went out a few days prior and we spent countless hours searching for a qualified company with reasonable pricing before finding Pure Air. Initially, we scheduled an appointment for a diagnosis and assumed that we would have to replace our entire AC system.
A HUGE thank you to Kevin and his wonderful team for pointing out that we only needed to change our filters and fixing the problem for us. Our office is now cooler than ever! :) If we could give you more than 5 stars we would!

The customer service and the quality of the service was AWESOME!! I called for an emergency AC fix and the technicians were here within an hr! They were quick, respectful and very affordable! I am very pleased with the service I received from Pure Air! I'd highly recommend anyone to request their services!!! Thank you again!!

We hired Tom and His crew to install a new Trane Unit at our Home in June 2019. They came out and installed the unit. Upon the installation they crew had fell through our roof. We also had them remove duct and the old holes needed to be patched, I understand that they do not paint, that was fine. They did the worst patch job and it did not match my knock down that we had just had done. We hired some to do the repairs. At that time we had left a balance of 1000.00 on the books, but paid almost 15K for the unit and a new smart thermostat. We received a bill from them for the amount due of 1000.00 and had explained to Tom that we felt we did not have to pay the amount, since we had to do the repairs. We started having problems with the unit and contacted them for repairs, they refused to honor the warranty. We still had the balance... I was not a happy customer.
I contacted Service Champion, they came out and were great to deal with. They handle my problem and was able to solve the problem. It was the thermostat. They took it back to Trane and they replaced it, we also found out they had not connected the vents property. They went out of there way to help us. I will be dealing with Service Champion from now on.
Tom is not a man of his word, and should have come out to handle this. We are still awaiting an receipt on the money that we spent and we paid cash.... Never again will I deal with PurAir.... BEWARE!!!!!!

Tom n Ronny are the A/C guys for me they fixed what no one could . Ronny fixed my mini split system
