I got a new furnace installed yesterday and the folks at Pure Air are amazing. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Tom is the owner, and he explains everything perfectly, so you 100% understand what needs to be done. Ronny was the installer, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Our heater went out on Thursday. I called & Tom came out within 3 hours. He evaluated the situation and what needed to be done. Technician Ronnie came out Friday afternoon, he stayed till after dark to get the repair completed. Both Tom & Ronnie were exceptional. We needed someone to re-do our gas dryer vent system and it was VERY HARD to find one who provided the service and was reasonably priced. After an extensive research, I found Pure Air via yelp and spoke to Vee who was super responsive and helpful.

On the date of our scheduled estimate, the technician Ruslan showed up on time in a Pure Air shirt. He was prepared and knowledgable about ventilation. Although the price he offered us wasn't the lowest we received, it was reasonable and he answered all of our questions (also he said he had the availability to do the work right there right then). We went with him on the spot and he quickly finished the work beautifully!

Everyone from Pure Air were professional and made the entire process seamless for us. Can't say enough great things about them!

Twice now we have used Pure Air for fairly major projects at our home. We recently added ductless air to one level of our hundred year old house, which was not an easy project. Pure air did an excellent job and kept our home clean throughout the process. Previously, we added a new furnace upstairs, very pleased with the product and a workmanship. We are now recommending pure air to all of our friends and neighbors.

Do not use this company. They like to scam you. The owner Tom came to my home and said it would be $95 to come out and that would go towards a repair. I asked him for a price and he said it would be between $200-$500. He said it wouldn't go over $500 so I agreed. Only because I wasn't getting power to one box and a switch. Either way he said it wouldn't be more than $500. When his guy came out,I talked to him many times and nothing came up about more work. Tom gave me a call and said it was going to be $285, which I thought was good and I told him thank you. When they finished the work he emailed me a bill for $895!!!!! Absolutely unacceptable. Who acts like anyone would agree to some scam like this?
