My furnace had been acting up-turning on and off multiple times when I tried turning on the heat. My nest report showed that this was a reoccurring problem. I changed the air filter thinking that was causing the issue but the problem persisted. Was referred to Tom at Pure Air HVAC by a friend who is having work done at his house. I called on a Friday and he was at my house on Saturday to inspect the issue. Turns out the electronic motherboard was in need of a replacement because of the age of the furnace. Tom could have easily told me that o needed a new furnace and I would have never had known the difference but instead he searched his vendors to see if he could get a updated motherboard to work with my existing furnace. I was prepared to buy a new furnace but Tom came through and found the part and replaced it on Sunday! He gave me the option of simply replacing the board or getting a new furnace and when I asked his opinion, he felt that it didn't make much sense to replace the entire furnace even though he stood to make less money on the job. The price was very fair and lower than other quotes but meeting Tom and his trustworthiness was the deal maker for me. He was always on time and worked fast to get everything done. I appreciate true professionals like Tom who act with my best interests in mind!

I would highly recommend Pur air Tom and his workers are very professional and get the quality work done . We got a mini spit heat & air in 3 rooms and it's we are enjoying heat on this cold day . We are beyond please with there work and prices got quotes else we're but Tom beat them and it all was done in a couple days so happy and well pleased thank you Tom and your workers .

Was having some problems with my heater. Called a few places but only these guys could come out same-day.

He arrived same-day as promised. Fixed the the problem and explained it to me in detail. Price was very fair and he was friendly and professional.

Contractors are like a box of chocolate. You never know what you're going to get but boy did I get lucky with Tom. He was very upfront so dealing with him was extremely easy. There's a calmness about him so nothing seems rushed. He thoroughly explained the issues that he found and even got technical. It was obvious that he knew his stuff.

Two parts had to be ordered and he called daily to provide an update. Spending a few minutes with him, I could tell that he was a very busy man. His phone rang several times yet he answered it each time. As the business owner, you'd think that he would be above the day to day things but it was clear that he cared and he took the time to do things right.

One morning Tom said one of his guys will be over to install the parts. When his team member showed up, he was coughing. We have a baby so not wanting to get him sick, he told Tom. Tom did not want to delay the project so he called another team member to do the installation. Unfortunately, he was not available so Tom came over himself.

So yes - his pricing, product knowledge, communication skill and professionalism are great but above all, it's Tom's compassion and drive to do what's right are what sets him apart. He's old school in that regard & frankly, it's comforting.

I give Tom and his team 6 stars! He and his team were:

(1) Timely - I called one morning and he was up in my attic within hours. He quickly diagnosed what the issue was with my furnace, provided a quote and timeline for the entire project. Very professional!

(2) Clean - Rags were laid on the floor from front door to the attic to ensure that neither tile or carpet were soiled. The entire team worked carefully to take out the old furnace and install a new one without dinging walls or making any sort of mess.

(3) Trustworthy - It's never easy trusting contractors to come in and out of your home but Tom and his team were almost like family. He's extremely knowledgeable so you'll be at ease that he's telling you the truth.

(4) Great Pricing - I checked with a couple other contractors and Tom's pricing was the most reasonable.

We have a 4 week old child and Tom feared that our newborn may get sick without a heater so he went out of his way multiple times to ensure that our furnace was delivered and installed as quickly as possible. He and his team worked late evenings and on a weekend.

I strongly recommend that you give Tom a call. I assure you that you won't be disappointed.

Tom and his guys at Pure Air are excellent! We needed to change out our whole HVAC system, ducting and move our furnace up to the attic, which was a fairly big job that was about 5 days long. I met with a couple other well reviewed HVAC companies in the area and Tom outbid them by quite a bit and was also very thorough and knowledgable.

The guys were very respectful, came on time every morning, made sure to keep things tidy and cleaned up after themselves every evening.

We'll be using them for all our future needs and recommending them to everyone we know!

Tom was very responsive and made two trips on a Saturday to fix my AC. Luckily it was a pretty easy fix that he identified right away and had parts on hand to do the repair. Enjoying cold AC again thanks to his service. Highly recommend him for your HVAC needs.

We were very happy with the installation of our new hvac system. Gary and Tim worked quietly and were courteous and professional. It works great and it's so nice to have fresh, cool air! I checked around and got four estimates and Tom beat them all by a long shot. Tom came over to check everything after the install was complete and to make sure we were happy. Excellent service! Originally contacted Tom via email on 7/21 with pictures of Unit and details of my HVAC issue.

I was informed it would be $85 diagnostic fee which will be credited to repairs. Fast forward to 8/14, called Tom to see if he can come out this upcoming Saturday and told him the brand and informed me to text him for scheduling....he could not perform repairs on the unit and was able to connect with someone else for repairs.

His friend came promptly at 7am as scheduled and was able to perform necessary repairs.
