Anna K.My GE Cafe double oven was having issues heating up quickly. This was my first time using Yelp projects and right away I received 5 contacts for my repair. I picked Professional Appliance Repair because they said they have a certified GE repair person and was available same day. Serge came over on time and diagnosed that it was our gas regulator that needed replacing as a couple of the top burners were slightly not functioning as well. The part will require about 5 days. I received a text a couple of days later and said part was ready and they could come the following day. Again Serge was on time and in less than 30 min, part was replaced, ovens and top burners are functioning. Very happy to have worked with this company. They were punctual, efficient and professional.

Andy W.These guys were prompt in responding when we had a problem. Our freezer suddenly stopped working, and they came out within a day. The issue required some parts, so they came back a few days later. The fix worked for about 2 weeks, and then the freezer failed again. It turns out there's an issue with the hoses, so they came out and did a patch on the repair for free. My fridge may not be long for this world, but the customer service was excellent!
