My dryer suddenly stopped working. Professional Appliance Repair came out the same day, did a diagnostic check and told me what the issue was with my dryer. They needed a part, but were back the next day to complete the service. Daniel (repairman) was courteous and thorough. If I ever need their services again, I would definitely call Professional Appliance Repair.

He figured out the problem immediately (the igniter needed to be replaced) and had the oven working within a few minutes. He was friendly, professional and highly efficient. Our Samsung washer needed to be looked at and Professional Appliance Repair responded quickly to a Yelp project. They stood out by addressing my initial needs that I submitted in my Yelp project.

They were very prompt and sent a certified Samsung tech same day to diagnose the problem and came back 1 to 2 days later after ordering parts for the washer.

Unfortunately our washer was not repairable but the tech was very informative and let us know what options would be cost effective.

My oven needed repairing, and it's not a common brand. I got completely ignored by one of the top search results on Yelp, but I got a text within minutes from Professional Appliance Repair. They were able to come the same day and fixed it (on a Saturday, no less). During the repair, they damaged a component but came back in 2 days to fix that (it didn't affect the use of the oven) without any additional charge or fuss.

We needed emergency LG washer repair on a weekend--of course. Nothing breaks Monday thru Friday. Adam was dispatched from Professional Appliance Repair of Santa Monica and did a very thorough analysis of the issue, provided several recommendations-including replacement. It's very refreshing to get a wonderful person dispatched during a stressful time. Professional Appliance Repair provided value at a reasonable cost.
