Technician arrived and never identified himself as to the company he worked for. I had to pull it out of him. After he looked at the stove for 10 minutes he called his office and they called us. We were told it would take at least 2 hours and cost $280 to repair our 35 year old stove. The tech could not tell us what was wrong or why it would take so long to fix. In fact he basically spoke no English. I paid him for showing up and realized he really knew nothing about stoves and the whole process was just to get us to pay the $80 service call. Do not use this business.

My washer broke and I contacted profesional appliance repair and they came by the next morning in such short notice. I give them 5'stars for being reliable and fast!!! They were able to fix my washer and were very nice. The best customer service. Also their prices are super affordable!!! Would definitely recommend!!!

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a repair company, period.

We had a washing machine fried by a power surge in the neighborhood. I sadly tried contacting some other ""well-reviewed"" companies through Yelp who turned out to be scammy / flaky, then finally lucked out with Professional Appliance Repair.

Our job turned out to be much more complicated than expected -- multiple components of the machine had been fried, all the way from the power outlet through the control panel. But the tech and everyone I spoke with was extremely diligent in working through the issue while minimizing the cost and time for us -- only ordering parts when needed, and only charging for the initial estimated labor. They had to schedule multiple return visits but always found same or next-day availability and showed up on time every step of the way. They were patient in explaining the issues and showing us the progress they were making, until the machine was finally fixed as promised! (They also assured us that if they *couldn't* ultimately fix the issue, the work but we refunded, but no need for concern there.)

Can't recommend highly enough, they absolutely earned the 5 stars (and for the record, they didn't even ask me for a review -- I'm just very happy to give it).

I had issues with my HVAC unit, contacted them and got an appointment for the same day. The technician showed up on time, supper knowledgeable, and fixed the electrical issue right away. He went above and beyond to take care of few additional maintenance items without charging. It was an honest and professional service.

We had an error code on the split unit AC in our rental unit. I called Professional Appliance Repair and they replied immediately and set up a visit a few days out. I have worked with Professional Appliance Repair in the past and had good experiences with a tough job so they were the first people I thought to call for this job. Nick arrived to meet me at exactly 9:00 for the 9:00 to 11:00 service window they arranged with me. I really appreciate when people are on time for a job. Nick was very polite, clean, and professional. He took off his shoes when we had to examine the units inside the house. He took about 45 minutes to diagnose the issue and then gave a very detailed and satisfying explanation of the problem. He answered all the questions I had throughly and completely. He was then able to go get the right parts and finished the repair in the same day. I really appreciated his friendliness and courteousness. A great experience and I'll be calling these guys again for any appliance fixes!
