Our power went out in one of our bedrooms. I contacted Primo Electric and I explained my electrical problem. I spoke with the owner David and he gave me an explanation of the possible problem. We scheduled an appointment and his crew came out and took care of my electrical problem. I was given a thorough explanation of what the problem was and what it would take to fix it. This crew did an exceptional job explaining to me what they were doing as they were working. These guys worked well together! I was total satisfied with their work! The price was reasonable too. Primo Electric will handle all my electrical projects around my home.

Primo electric was top notch. Three qualified folks showed up on time and with a great work ethic. While I mostly stayed out of their way as they worked I could hear their conversations. This company is run like family - everyone did their part and everyone treated each other with respect. I have a small child at home and not once did I hear them drop an F-bomb or talk about anything inappropriate. They played music in the room they were working on the project. I enjoyed the fact it was a mix of oldies and classic rock. Jesse was my point of contact on the job, he made it too easy. They installed a new ceiling fan after relocating the existing electrical box and even patched (no paint per my request) the ceiling. I will definitely call on them again for future projects!

Contacted David via Yelp Early this morning. Within minutes he replied to my Inquiry. Told him about the electrical issue my parents where having. Within minutes he provided me with an appointment for the same day. When they arrived on site , Jesse was very courteous and professional to my mother. Explanning to her what needed to be done to fix the issue. The prices quoted was very Reasonable compared to other companies. They did an excellent job highly recommend. Most important my parents where satisfied. That the electrical issue was fixed. Thank you Primo Electric!!

About a week ago the power went out on a number of outlets in my home (not all of them). I called Primo and was very surprised that they triaged my problem over the phone and explained that I only needed to replace the faulty outlet. He also recommended replacing all the outlets that went out in case they were all old and installed at the same time way back when. Well I did what was recommend and saved myself some cash which was also quoted to me over the phone if I did need them to visit. Great ""service""!

David always answered my calls and texts promptly. When I told him which bathroom light stopped working, he had me text him pictures of the unit. He advised me of the part we needed (a ballast) and I was able to find one, then he installed it this afternoon. I would recommend Primo Electric.

Let me start by saying this truly hurts my soul to have to make this review. The guys that came were great, as was the owner. They all worked their asses off, and in the heat nonetheless. However, after they left I noticed that the ONLY REASON I LOOKED FOR AND HIRED electricians, was still NOT WORKING!!! They did a bunch of other crap that probably needed to be done at some point in time, however my initial problem not only wasn't fixed, it wasn't addressed AT ALL!!! So disappointing.


So I'm editing this after discussing things with the owner. Even though they completely dropped the ball on the initial issues, the work they did to the overcrowded and burned out panel, not to mention the dedicated lines they ran, does deserve a better rating. He also offered to follow up on the initial issues so hopefully something will come of that. I'll update if that happens. This review has been difficult for me bcuz they really are such hardworking and decent guys.

David Rojas and his crew were nice and professional. They showed up on time and went right at it...fixed all our electrical issues and installed a 220 line for our new hot tub according to specs. They were done within a few hours and the price was reasonable. Cleaned up afterwards really nice. Would recommend them for electrical needs...and will call them again if we need additional work done.

The guys came out at 6am in order to accommodate mine and my wife's work schedules, were very professional and courteous, fixes the issue in 30 minutes and had a fair price. Will certainly call again if I have other electrical needs. Highly recommend.
