I got a response from David through Home Depot Pro-Referral for an outlet installation. Because I also needed my TV mounted, David offered to do that as well at a discounted rate. He was prompt to respond to my inquiry, offered pertinent advice on the project and his price was affordable. The installation team was great, knowledgeable and kept me abreast of the process. I will definitely use Primo Electric again!

David (Owner) was very quick to answer my initial inquiry about outdoor string lighting and fan installation via Yelp messaging. Upon meeting in person at my house, David was polite and understandable. He did not make me feel pressured to use his services at all. In fact, when the job was completed he not only left the job site clean of all packaging materials, etc., he offered me a satisfaction guarantee on all work done! I wanted some outlets installed in my backyard to supply my hot tub and pool. They had to be made safe for outdoor use with water pumps and heaters. I has some ideas on how I thought the job could be done but David knew how to do it better and for less money. I was able to FaceTime with him so he could give me a quote.

Once we worked out the details his brother and nephew came out to do the work.

Talk about a professional job. From the new breaker to supply the circuit to the 3 outlets they did a great job. I feel that price was right for quality work that I'm never going to have to worry about.

Next time I need electrical work I'm going to call them back!

I am out of town and this is a rental property, but even so I want to maintain is a a wonderful home and will pay very well to do it. I asked Primo electric to run electrical conduit down the trim boards from roof lights to switches, so the tenants could turn the lights on and off. Instead of going down the trim Primo ran the lines in the siding away from the trim. I brought this up and the owner wouldn't fix the work. I paid $1,165 for this and three outlets - so really I just hoped the company would follow through. I shared our original communication with the owner where I asked for the line to come down the trim. He still would not fix the work and has instead replied to this review with a comment. It is unfortunate, I used this company once before and really liked the first person's work a lot. I was hoping to use Primo as a go to service for the house while I am away, but need to know a company will ask questions if something comes up and will follow through. I am not sure what happened, but I would recommend trying a different company. You wouldn't want this experience.

Primo Electric was wonderful. While changing our windows, we noticed a hole in our exterior wall which led to our discovery that a mouse had crawled into our wall and chewed on our house wiring. Knowing that this could be a dangerous situation, we tried to locate a electrician who could respond quickly and would be trustworthy as well as charge reasonable prices. We found with Primo Electric. Within an hour, Dave sent Vince out to help us change out a light switch and help assess our electrical issue. Once Vince assessed our situation, he called Dave who was able to give us a reasonable quote and let us know that he could start right away since he knew were were anxious about the electrical issue with the chewed wiring. Once we gave Dave the ""all systems go"", a team of additional electricians showed up (within an hour) with Dave and was able to rewire our room. Thank you Dave, Vince, Jesse and Jesse Jr (and anyone else we missed)! Great job.
