We just moved into a home that was built in 1958! After remodeling and moving in we discovered the electrical was outdated. We needed a new electrical panel! We search and asked for a good electrician. Boy did we find one in Prime Electric. Ben and his crew were professional, and clear step by step permits, LADWP, inspections, and completion. They were very communicative and clear about timelines. We even received copies of the communication between Prime and the inspectors and LADWP. We always knew what was happening and when.

Let me start by saying that we are seniors and did have some anxiety over the prospect of having electrical work done during our Covid 19 isolation. However, the risk to my partner of having another bad fall outweighed our apprehension.
We selected Prime Electric following our online research for a company to replace our faulty porch and patio lighting fixtures.
We were impressed with the reviews for Prime Electric and that they are a local, family owned company with a long history and an actual office in the community.
From our first contact with Heather to book our appointment, we had a great experience with Prime Electric.
Ben and Miguel came to our home at the appointed time and followed very strict Covid 19 safety protocols throughout the entire service.
They were polite, neat and very efficient.
The price charged was good for the work needed to replace the fixtures, and Ben very patiently answered a number of questions that we had about both the replacement fixtures and about future work needed at our home.
We are looking forward to completing the other work with Prime Electric in the future and highly recommend them.

I am an out of state landlord and I called Prime Electric to do repair work based on a city inspection. Ben responded to me quickly and advised how best to handle the job and to deal with the city permit process. He scheduled a time/date to conduct an inspection for an estimate and got back to me very quickly. Of course, once he started the work, he found more issues and thoroughly explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He was very open and honest and sent me pictures to better explain what the issues were and how best to resolve. He gave me an updated estimate and we scheduled a new appointment. On the day of the service, he performed the repairs, kept me in the loop and worked closely with my tenants. As I mentioned earlier I am out of state landlord, so to have someone like Ben with Prime Electric to help with repairs from afar is so comforting. I am extremely pleased with their service and would definitely use them again! Thanks so much Ben!!

Ben is GREAT! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, he is a good business man who is honest doesn't take advantage of you. Ben came out to take a look at a potential electrical issue and reassured me that upon inspection there was nothing to worry about. He also fixed a light fixture that had been bothering me for months. I highly recommend him for all of your electrical needs!

Needed an electrician to install a charger for my electric vehicle. Called around and I spoke with Ben who was extremely patient with all my questions and left a good impression. Even though he may not be the cheapest I was quoted, I believe in the saying ""you get what you pay for"". With a lifetime warranty you know he does quality work. I had a bunch of big and small electrical needs, and Ben resolved them quickly and with great quality. As a real professional, Ben understands importance of efficient communication with clients.
