I needed a small electrical job done--adding an outlet, and Prime Electric was very responsive and helpful. They had great communication with me--went over pricing scenarios prior to scheduling (and they were accurate); sent appointment reminders and confirmed the appointment the day before and gave me ample notice the day of the appointment about their arrival. Ben and the staff at Prime Electric did a fantastic job installing the 220 outlet for charging my electric vehicle. They were able to install it sooner and faster than originally quoted and the end result looks even better than I expected.

I called to request for someone to come out to give me an estimate to upgrade the outside panel box and rewire my entire house. This was not going to be a small or inexpensive job. I was given an appointment for today between 3:00-5:00 p.m., I was told that Ben would be coming out and that he would text me when he was on the way. In the days leading up to today, I received a text, two emails and a phone call confirming today's appointment. By 4:55 when I had not heard from anyone, I called the main office to ask if Ben was still coming? I was told by the person who answered that they would message Ben and call me back with an eta. By 6:30, I still had not heard from anyone, so I called back to cancel the request. If I would have at least gotten a call letting me know they were running late or had to reschedule for another day, I would've been okay with that. But to not get a call from anyone, this tells me a lot about this company, they don't care and they obviously don't need my money.

Our bathroom ceiling heaters both went bad which was a problem given the colder evenings in winter.

We are repeat customers of Prime Electric due to the excellent service we have received from Ben.

Ben put a lot of time and effort into obtaining the replacement parts to repair our existing heaters, which are no longer being manufactured with the same configuration.

Thanks to Ben's efforts, we saved money and now have comfortable bathrooms again.

Ben and his assistant observed strict social distancing, wore masks and shoe covers and left the work sites in both bathrooms immaculate.

He has educated us about preventive maintenance to extend the life of our household electrical products and answered our questions in terms that are easy for us to understand.

He has been polite, pleasant to deal with and has always returned calls promptly.

He has been punctual and notified us in the event he were to be delayed if a prior job was running longer than anticipated.

We just moved into a home that was built in 1958! After remodeling and moving in we discovered the electrical was outdated. We needed a new electrical panel! We search and asked for a good electrician. Boy did we find one in Prime Electric. Ben and his crew were professional, and clear step by step permits, LADWP, inspections, and completion. They were very communicative and clear about timelines. We even received copies of the communication between Prime and the inspectors and LADWP. We always knew what was happening and when.

Let me start by saying that we are seniors and did have some anxiety over the prospect of having electrical work done during our Covid 19 isolation. However, the risk to my partner of having another bad fall outweighed our apprehension.
