It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Prime Electric and personally with Ben. The service was impeccable from appointment call to completion of work. I had a bunch of big and small electrical needs, and Ben resolved them quickly and with great quality. As a real professional, Ben understands importance of efficient communication with clients. He listened attentively to all of my needs and concerns, and never showed any sign of impatience or lack of time. The project took a few days, and Ben was responding quickly to my texts and phone calls during all that time.

We've had a switch on our circuit breaker panel that had intermittently shorted on our house every so often for 3 years. Well it recently had been pouring rain and the same switch shorted again. In the past, I'd been told we may need completely new wiring or it's just a faulty switch by different electricians (our house is new construction). So previously, simply turning the switch off, waiting and then back on was a simple fix. Tonight, the switch sparked and smoked multiple times with our simple fix and I noticed water on the switch itself. This seemed like a major safety issue to me. I called about 5 companies with good reviews on Yelp who said they were available and open 24/7. Prime Electric was the only one who called back and within 15 minutes. I discussed the problem thoroughly on the phone with Ben as it was 8:30 pm on a Saturday night (awesome) and he upfront gave me his most honest assessment and feedback for almost 30 mins. He sounded extremely knowledgeable and so we had him come out that night. He showed up within the hour and was extremely professional, completed a thorough repair and even checked our safety lights when asked (which was out of just being a nice guy). He said his work carries a lifetime warranty and we were completely satisfied. The visit turned out to be worth the emergency rate as water and electricity don't mix and my family's safety is my priority. I would easily and highly recommend Ben and his company for any electrical needs. Thank you Ben!

I had multiple items that needed to be fixed. I consulted friends, relatives and online reviews to determine which vendor to call. I decided on prime, but no matter the recommendations and reviews you often don't exactly know what and who you will get. This time the choice turned out right. Scheduling was easy and my provider Ben showed up on time. He was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and transparent in explaining what needed to be done and why. I found my go to plumber last year. Now I have found my go to electrician.

After searching, for over a month, for an electrician in Tarzana/Encino I finally came across Prime Electric, during a Google search. I needed to put up a ceiling fan in my kitchen to help keep it cooler during the hot summer months. During the initial visit, Ben Borenstein informed me that I would have to have more work done to reinforce the electrical box due to the weight and movement of the new fan. I was hit with a service charge of $59.95 but Ben informed me that it would be taken off the total cost if I agreed to have him do the work. I was impressed by Ben's professionalism and his ability to explain what needed to be done. After working through the additional cost and details with my landlord, I decided to have Ben come back and finish the job. Ben came back on 12/7/18 to install the ceiling fan. He was on time, easy to deal with and finished the job in about 2 hours. He also did a fantastic job of installing the fan while working around several obstacles, up in the ceiling. Overall, Ben did a great job and I would refer him to anyone looking for a reliable and professional electrician. Matter of fact, I already have referred him to another friend. Very rarely have I discovered a valuable service on a Google search that has lived up to it's advertising but I have to say that Ben and Prime Electric are that rare find. If you live in the Tarzana/Encino area and need an electrician, give them a call.
