Michael showed up almost instantly to help identify and repair a shorted circuit. He tore into the job instantly and used his expertise to identify the issue and correct it. He communicated to me during the entire process as he worked to diagnose the issue.
Without a doubt the best experience I have ever had in life with an electrician.
You need an electrician to solve that difficult problem, this man is your guy!!!!

The company owner (Michael) was very thorough and responsive during the pricing phase. The two electricians (another Michael and Hunter) who came out were on time, professional, and knowledgeable. They managed to add all the light fixtures and switches we requested without making any extra holes in the holes in the walls and they were very careful with the chandelier we were relocating.
We are really pleased with the final product and will definitely use Premier Power for our next project!

Michael Holt from Premier Power replied to my request for a few home repairs/electrical issues. He advised in advance it was $125.00 for first 1/2 hour. High, but I accepted this but when he only was at my home for 17 minutes, completed 1 out of 4 requested services. I don't think so.

We had a great experience with Premier Power! They were quick to respond and solved our problem so quickly. I appreciate that their staff wears uniforms and drives a clearly marked truck, so I knew who it was immediately! Thanks for all you do to serve our community.

I contacted Premier Power on January 27th through their website for a couple small projects: Connecting smoke detectors to power and checking if my outside soffit receptacles had power running to them. Michael called later that day and told me this could be done as a service call, quoted me a price, and told me someone would be out that Friday.
Friday comes and and electrician informs me he's here to check the work and take notes for a quote. I told him what Michael told me and after a few quick calls I'm told what I want is a two person job and cannot be done that day.
Michael called later that day and told me they would schedule me for 8:30 AM Tuesday morning and be the first job on the schedule. No quote is ever delivered.
Today, I get a text message from Michael at at 8:28 AM telling me his team will be there between 10-12. I took time off work on Friday with nothing to show for it, and now my wife has done the same for the second visit...and there will be nothing to show for it.
Twice now I've been told one thing by Michael on one day with it changing the morning I expected work to be completed. I cannot recommend Premier Power at all at this point and will be looking for another company to complete this work.

Called around to a few electricians for a small job at my parent's house. Michael was the most efficient at communicating price, scheduling, and job requirements.
Seeing as though I could not be there physically and my parents don't speak English well, clear communication between he and myself was absolutely essential. Michael was vary polite and cordial. The job was done quickly and within fair budget. Definitely recommend Premier Power.

Michael installed a vanity light and a heavy mirror with built in LED lighting. He, thankfully, did not use the inadequate drywall anchors that came with the products. Instead, he used Tapcon Screws that went into the brick. He even had to stop working and make a special trip to Home Depot to get the proper length screws needed for the extraordinary install.

Michael Holt, the proprietor of the company is not a man of his word, nor does he honor some of his promises. I had a contract that added up to almost $10,000 to add some wiring/outlets in the house, install a surveillance system, install a generator switch and add some lights.
Overall, his crew did a good job, but that is despite all the miscues and misunderstandings stemming from Michael's lack of planning, and limited communication to his crew. The project was supposed to take about 4 to 5 days, over 2 weeks. It took almost 6 weeks to complete the work. Granted I added an extra thousand dollars of work after the initial project was started but those only took 4 hours, at most, for his crew to add on.
The biggest problem I have with this company is the NVR (video recorder) that he bought and had installed for me. The night after his crew installed it, I immediately noticed a louder than normal noise coming from the exhaust fan of the unit. I reported this to Michael and his crew, the next time they were at the house. His crew acknowledged that the sound seemed excessive to turn as well. And advised me to report it to Michael right away. I followed their advice and reported it to Michael that afternoon. The NVR unit at my place of work is much quieter than what Premier installed. I brought up this issue several times over the next 3 weeks, and every time, Michael either said ""I will look into it and make sure you are happy"" or ""please contact the manufacturer"". Most people would expect a fully functioning product or work output from a brand new install. But no, Michael wants to give me another quote to replace the brand new NVR he installed (fully paid) instead of getting the manufacturer to replace it. He told me that a loud noise from the NVR was never something I brought up when we initially were discussing the project and that I never told him about it after it was installed. He conveniently forgets that I have all our email and text message communications relating to my complaint about this excessive noise. Oh, the contract stated that the install included having remote access to the NVR and that has not yet happened. I told Micheal about this and repeatedly told me that he would look into it or for me to contact the manufacturer. What kind of customer service is that? I would understand this attitude from him if it was many months later, or even just a month after. Not during the install.
The generator switch was another issue. His crew initially installed the breakers without having GFCI coverage in the house. It took me bringing it to Michael before he realized the oversight. I told him at the time that ""I can deal with your delays and minor mistakes, but we are talking about not having the proper protection for my family due to this oversight"". He said ""I'm sorry and I will talk to my mentors and see how we can solve this problem, I will get back to you"".
His crew came back to fix the problem, almost 2 weeks later and Michael charged me for his mistakes. I told him what I needed in the beginning, he said he could deliver and he gave me a quote for the project. This guy made me pay for all the mistakes that he or his crew made. He did pay for the repair of dry wall that his crew made. He said ""it is in the contract that I should expect some damage to the dry wall"". I told him that his crew did not inform me or ask for permission to make a big hole in the wall, before they went ahead and opened yo the dry wall.
I'm getting another, bigger, more established company to check on this guy's work.
Michael is a very charming guy as long as he gets his way, but once you point issues that he is unwilling to address, he turns into to this rude, obnoxious, sleazy salesperson type personality that you have to be careful of.
If any of his work is deemed substandard by the new master electrician, he will be hearing from my lawyer.
The only reason why I didn't give this company a one star review was his crew. I think Mike and Kevin are carrying the company for this guy. And they are not even master electricians.

This company is phenomenal! We had an issue with switching our gas dryer to electric (long story). I called the owner, Mike, on a Tuesday night and he was quick to answer the phone. I made an appointment with him to come on a Saturday. I then called him back to switch the appointment to Tuesday. And then I called again to cancel because we were told we wouldn't need the additional outlet I suspected I needed. He was extremely friendly and professional each time. Our washer/dryer set was delivered on Friday and we were told we would need the additional outlet! I called Mike that morning, and he was at our house the following day to help us! Unfortunately that day he didn't have the appropriate parts to do the job because we have an uncommon breaker box that they don't keep parts for. However, Mike and his team were back at our house on Monday afternoon and got the job done. The other member of his team, also named Mike, was very friendly as well. I can't say enough good things about this company. I have already requested more work to be done and each time they answered with a yes and a smile on their face. If you are looking for a professional company with a great attitude and work ethic, you need to call them today!

They came out right away and were great thank you for keeping us open they were clean and did the repair with out Interrupting any business thank you
