I never take time off of work to await the cable guy, handyman or electrician because it is my experience that we will wait all day for them to not show or be late. I got ahold of Michael Holt from Premier Power via their great website. I was almost immediately contacted and my issue was discussed. I'm a single parent and safety is paramount but price is as well. Their tiered pricing is great because I was able to pick what I was comfortable with. Mr. Holt was able to accommodate my funky work schedule and communicated with me throughout the entire day. He sent me expected time of arrival texts which fell within my 2 hour window and showed up when he said he would.

He got right to work as the electrical investigator to my wonky electrical set up. Found the issue and fixed it, answered my questions and gave me recommendations moving forward. Super professional and kind to my kids. I am thankful that he was recommended to me by one of my neighbors.

Michael and his team are outstanding. Our pool lights started to blink after rain. Alan came out to assess the issue and recommended raising a new weatherproof, electrical box and removing a very worn intake into a box that had too high of a voltage. He was professional and timely and did great work! Also kudos to Lindsey for keeping me updated on the appointment and follow-ups. I highly recommend Premier Power for your electrical needs, especially outdoor pool lighting!

Called Michael (the owner) on Sunday morning for electrical assistance... we were out of town and had my elderly parents house/dog sitting at our house. Michael was very helpful, friendly and timely (as he always is) assisting my parents with electrical problem. Premier Power and Michael have provided assistance to us on multiple occasions and every time we have been extremely satisfied. Michael genuinely cares about his customers and will make sure the job is done correctly and to your satisfaction.

Michael showed up almost instantly to help identify and repair a shorted circuit. He tore into the job instantly and used his expertise to identify the issue and correct it. He communicated to me during the entire process as he worked to diagnose the issue.

The company owner (Michael) was very thorough and responsive during the pricing phase. The two electricians (another Michael and Hunter) who came out were on time, professional, and knowledgeable. They managed to add all the light fixtures and switches we requested without making any extra holes in the holes in the walls and they were very careful with the chandelier we were relocating.

We are really pleased with the final product and will definitely use Premier Power for our next project!

Michael Holt from Premier Power replied to my request for a few home repairs/electrical issues. He advised in advance it was $125.00 for first 1/2 hour. High, but I accepted this but when he only was at my home for 17 minutes, completed 1 out of 4 requested services. I don't think so.

I contacted Premier Power on January 27th through their website for a couple small projects: Connecting smoke detectors to power and checking if my outside soffit receptacles had power running to them. Michael called later that day and told me this could be done as a service call, quoted me a price, and told me someone would be out that Friday.

Friday comes and and electrician informs me he's here to check the work and take notes for a quote. I told him what Michael told me and after a few quick calls I'm told what I want is a two person job and cannot be done that day.

Michael called later that day and told me they would schedule me for 8:30 AM Tuesday morning and be the first job on the schedule. No quote is ever delivered.

Today, I get a text message from Michael at at 8:28 AM telling me his team will be there between 10-12. I took time off work on Friday with nothing to show for it, and now my wife has done the same for the second visit...and there will be nothing to show for it.

Twice now I've been told one thing by Michael on one day with it changing the morning I expected work to be completed. I cannot recommend Premier Power at all at this point and will be looking for another company to complete this work.

Called around to a few electricians for a small job at my parent's house. Michael was the most efficient at communicating price, scheduling, and job requirements.
Seeing as though I could not be there physically and my parents don't speak English well, clear communication between he and myself was absolutely essential. Michael was vary polite and cordial. The job was done quickly and within fair budget. Definitely recommend Premier Power.

Michael installed a vanity light and a heavy mirror with built in LED lighting. He, thankfully, did not use the inadequate drywall anchors that came with the products. Instead, he used Tapcon Screws that went into the brick. He even had to stop working and make a special trip to Home Depot to get the proper length screws needed for the extraordinary install.
