This company is absolutely incredible! I would highly recommend them for any electrical issue or need that you have. We had a circuit breaker that kept tripping and knocking out our electricity in our back entry, foyer and laundry room. I called Premier power and I couldn't believe the owner actually answered the call. First, Michael Holt tried to resolve our issue over the phone without even having to make a service call but when our issue proved to be a bigger problem, Michael offered to come out that very same day. He texted us when he was 30 minutes away so we did not have to waste an entire day being at our home. If you want a quality, professional, and efficient service, I would call Michael Holt at Premier Power. I didn't realize there were still companies around that offered such amazing, quality and efficient customer service.

The team at Premier Power are extremely professional and responsive. We had to have a 220v line put in and they even took care of initiating the permit process. It couldn't have been easier. I would strongly recommend you consider using their expertise, I know I will again.

The team that came over did an outstanding job, very clean, quick, and professional. We had a bunch of jobs around the house that came out exactly what we were hoping for, including an outdoor ceiling fan and power out to the lanai. Very easy team to work with, great communication from start to finish, text messaging, email, phone calls, these guys are great. The team was also very good with our dog too. We will definitely come back to Premier Power for all our electrical needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for residential work.

Came to an agreement on how much and when, then Mike called me a week before to rebook. When I let him go because his schedule didn't work with mine he called me up to collect money for parts he had ordered. Would not recommend this experience to anyone, he used obvious sales tactics like ""a big emergency at a major retailer"" to validate his credentials and ""I need to spend time with my daughter"" to gain sympathy. I wish he had kept his promises, a really nice and personable guy, face to face. But at the end of the day just an expert confidence man trying to make marks out of people.

Very disappointed as I had high expectations. I was surprised when the technician just showed up with no appointment. I was originally quoted $95 to have an estimate done for all the work I require. A faulty GFCI socket was identified but technician did not have a replacement and I was still charged $195 for a service call. A service call in my opinion should result in a fault being fixed when you pay this kind of money.

Beyond Good Customer Experience! Premier Power jumped in when we called with an emergency as we were getting a new roof. The roofers found dangerous and live electrical lines loosely laying right under the roofline and wouldn't finish the roof until that was up to code. Michael and his team sent a crew right over and solved the challenging situation. There was tremendous communication along every step of the way - from filing an immediate Notice of Commencement to explaining how they had to source some rare parts for our situation, to when they were showing up. We were delighted with the whole experience. This is how a professional, contemporary, and smart company should function. They have a #1 spot in our virtual Rolodex!

I never take time off of work to await the cable guy, handyman or electrician because it is my experience that we will wait all day for them to not show or be late. I got ahold of Michael Holt from Premier Power via their great website. I was almost immediately contacted and my issue was discussed. I'm a single parent and safety is paramount but price is as well. Their tiered pricing is great because I was able to pick what I was comfortable with. Mr. Holt was able to accommodate my funky work schedule and communicated with me throughout the entire day. He sent me expected time of arrival texts which fell within my 2 hour window and showed up when he said he would.

He got right to work as the electrical investigator to my wonky electrical set up. Found the issue and fixed it, answered my questions and gave me recommendations moving forward. Super professional and kind to my kids. I am thankful that he was recommended to me by one of my neighbors.

Michael and his team are outstanding. Our pool lights started to blink after rain. Alan came out to assess the issue and recommended raising a new weatherproof, electrical box and removing a very worn intake into a box that had too high of a voltage. He was professional and timely and did great work! Also kudos to Lindsey for keeping me updated on the appointment and follow-ups. Called Michael (the owner) on Sunday morning for electrical assistance... we were out of town and had my elderly parents house/dog sitting at our house. Michael was very helpful, friendly and timely (as he always is) assisting my parents with electrical problem.
