I reached out last minute today for a new outlet for our dishwasher. I spoke with Andrew and Oscar. Although we did not end up going with Premier, they were professional, respectful, knowledgeable and kind. They got back to me in a timely manner which was much appreciated!

Lost power to the lights & plugs on the west side of the house. Alvaro quickly narrowed the problem to a loose connection somewhere, but had to meet a city inspector to close out another job & promised to come back later. True to his word he returned later that evening to finish our job replacing a fried connector with a new box & switches. Saved us a bunch of money knowing how to troubleshoot the problem and isolate the best fix. Alvaro of Premier Power Electric is the best!!!

He checked every outlet to make sure everything was working and he helped us better understand the load that our outlets can take so we don't have the same problem again. I highly recommend Premier. We called after hours on a Friday night and they were out first thing Saturday morning. The technician Oliver was very courteous, polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed our problem quickly. They are great with technology, sending text messages to confirm appointments and let you know when they are on the way and arriving. I can't think of how they could have offered better service.

We had an outlet with a burning smell. I called Premier and they sent out a tech within an hour and found out the problem and explained in detail what is wrong and fixed the problem. Very appreciative of the fast and reliable response.

I called Premier Power on a Sunday and they responded in a timely manner. Their service fee was reasonable which even made it easier to say yes to having them respond. A technician by the name of Oscar arrived. Oscar was professional, listened to my concerns, took the time to explain to me in detail what was happening and resolved the issue. Really a class act. Blake came over and I was so impressed I signed the contract and paid a deposit right away even though he said I was welcome to think about it. Unfortunately for me I realized a couple of days later that I was not quite ready to have the job done.

When I contacted them to cancel, they let me know that they would refund my deposit even though they had already paid for the permits and also if I wanted to restart the project, the permit would still be be good for 90 days.

I think that says a lot about the company.
