I called Premier Power on a Sunday and they responded in a timely manner. Their service fee was reasonable which even made it easier to say yes to having them respond. A technician by the name of Oscar arrived. Oscar was professional, listened to my concerns, took the time to explain to me in detail what was happening and resolved the issue. Really a class act. Blake came over and I was so impressed I signed the contract and paid a deposit right away even though he said I was welcome to think about it. Unfortunately for me I realized a couple of days later that I was not quite ready to have the job done.

When I contacted them to cancel, they let me know that they would refund my deposit even though they had already paid for the permits and also if I wanted to restart the project, the permit would still be be good for 90 days.

I think that says a lot about the company.

I've recently called Premier Electric out because my Norma electrician has been unavailable and not have I been impressed...the first time was to install an outdoor outlet for my new sprinkler timer and not only did they do a fantastic job my landscaper was also impressed and me that he would call them for any electrical needs on his jobs...then today I had weird home issues and they came out fast and quickly diagnosed the problem as a SCE issue and let me go free of charge - no service call fee! Very nice gesture and very appreciative

They were quick to reply abs showed up as promised. The gentleman they sent was friendly respectful and cared about how I wanted to lighting to look. He even helped me clean up the debt and boxed from the fixtures. I'd use them again.
