Carlton was terrific. He kept in touch with me over email while we determined when he could come to our office from small carpentry projects. He was punctual, courteous and very friendly. He was a pleasure to have in our office and best of all, he did a great job on all of our projects and completed them in a timely manner. I would definitely have Carlton come back to our office anytime.

I found Carlton on Yelp with his stellar reviews and was crossing my fingers that he could come in on short notice to patch and paint a rental unit that needed to be ready in a few days. An hour after I left him a message on his phone, he returned my call and was able to schedule a full day within the week. I think I was just lucky there - I can imagine his popularity.

He arrived on time, and even gave me a courtesy call before coming over. He valued my time and honored the appointment. I can't say the same for other tradespeople I've met (hence the reason I had to look up another handyman so last minute).

The work he did was spectacular. I called him to fix 2-3 cracks, and paint 1-2 patches, but in the end he helped fix up over a dozen large cracks and found ways to avoid unnecessary costs (ex. cutting a smaller hole and smoothing out a buckled wall, rather than cutting out a huge chunk and taking longer and costing more). He also gave me the option of texturing my walls, and let me decide what I wanted to do, instead of forcing an idea so that it would be more costly. The results were great - I couldn't have been more pleased.

Near the end of the day, I was running late and had to leave before Carlton was finished. Carlton insisted that he clean up before leaving, and offered to turn off the lights and lock the door behind him once he was done. I came back an hour later, and the unit was immaculate, the door was locked, and I knew that we had just found ourselves the perfect handyman.

Once again, Yelp has been instrumental and this time in finding a wonderful, home repair specialist! Carlton is trustworthy, honest, warm and kind. We were extremely pleased with his work, his sound advice and for being meticulous. He was even conscientious about the time. I have never used the same person twice for repairs on our home because we never found a solid, reliable person. Carlton is programmed in my phone as our go to guy from now on and we will definitely be referring him to family and friends.

Carlton was great! He replaced our garbage disposal and tested for any leaks when he was finished. He ran to the hardware store twice to get necessary supplies and did an amazingly thorough job. Would definitely use his services again!

I had to call two Handymen before I zeroed in on Carlton. Our job was installing a 56"" flat screen TV on a wall using a bracket I bought at Costco. It required three talents, electrical(he needed to install a set of outlets behind the TV), Drywall(we wanted all wires hidden in the wall) and installation(the mount came with 30 page manual and installation DVD). Carlton was on time, phoning to say he was on the way, meticulous, laying down kraft paper to catch the dust, and extremely detail conscious and capable. He worked in less than ideal conditions(poor lighting) and was polite, determined and conscientious. He always measured twice and cut once and in the end the job was executed perfectly. It's hard to imagine a more capable and reasonable handyman!

Carlton was recommended to me by a co-worker when i was thinking of cleaning up a 5 year old desktop computer last year so as to give it to a relative. Immediately, I felt that he was knowledgeable and professional, and also quite honest (and real) as to the benefits and limits of the aforementioned computer. Carlton was willing to pick up the computer from me at work, and was kind enough bring it back to me (made it a lot easier for me with my schedule). My husband's laptop has been ""acting up, "" and coincidentally, I had the misfortune of getting a trojan on my computer last weekend. Carlton was available with very short notice last week, fixed my computer (and expunged the nasty trojan) and will be taking our other household laptop tomorrow. His turnaround time is very reasonable, and his fees are quite fair. I have recommended Carlton and as a repeat customer, feel that I will not hesitate to call him again for our computer maintenance.

Carlton came out to look at my sump pump because I was worried I had a leak. He patiently conducted numerous tests of the system to determine what was causing the problem. We discovered nothing was broken, it's just a design issue. (whew - now I can stop nagging my honey about wasting water). Carleton was courteous, on time, and his rates are extremely fair. And best of all, he did not create an expensive problem where none existed! I'll call Carleton again when I need to get things done around the house.
