I recently hired Mark to place brand new recessed LED lighting throughout my home, and relocate 2 outlets in my kitchen for a remodel project. Mark came in person to give me a very fair quote and was able to schedule the work in the time frame I needed. On the day of installation, he showed up on time and spent a great deal of care and time mapping out grid patterns in my rooms so that the lighting would be evenly spread throughout each room. Mark and a team member then spent the day installing 14 recessed lights throughout the house (this included some crawling around in the attic space to get everything perfect). He also relocated my outlets in the kitchen exactly as I had requested - and very cleanly.

The difference the LEDs made in my home was immediate! They look amazing! Mark also hooked everything up to new Lutron dimmers so that every room could be controlled.

Over the course of my remodel, I had to call Mark to see if he had time to move one more outlet and a switch in my guest bathroom as they were not high enough for the new backsplash being installed. He made time in his busy schedule and showed up the same day so that my countertop guys could finish. He also came out one last time to repair a ceiling fan that was incorrectly installed by someone else.

We just completed a whole house remodel of our town home and used Mark for all the electrical. This was a major electrical upgrade including all new LED lights, new kitchen outlets, new location for electric stove, LED under cabinet lights, 220 V for steam shower in MB, moving lights, adding circuits, etc. The job took 4-5 trips over about 8 weeks, working around the other contractors.

Mark is very meticulous and professional in his work. He is a perfectionist and it shows in the final product. He was by far the best contractor on this job and I am so glad we used him. No shortcuts, all quality work, up to code and then some.

I highly recommend Mark for any electrical job, big or small. His prices are fair and he is dependable. He shows up on time and and explains everything in clear concise language. He is A++ in our book, and we would not hesitate to use him again.

Mark came to my house today to install two ceiling fans. Not a easy job at my house since there is no over head light outlets in the rooms. Mark was on time, very friendly and professional. He trouble shooted how to get power to these units, again not an easy thing in my older house with old wiring! Mark completed the jog, cleaned everything up, and was paid the agreed estimate of the project. I even asked if he needed more because it was not an easy job. Couldn't be happier with experience.

Called Mark and left a voice mail, and was called back almost immediately. He first spent about 10 minutes on the phone having me check things to see if the issue could be resolved over the phone. To 'save me some money' Mark said.

Made an appointment later that day, and he was ontime and quickly diagnosed the issue (circuit breaker failing). Didn't have the part on him, so he made a run for a replacement, made the switch, and only charged me the 1 hour initial consultation plus the part.

I'm sure I'll call Precision Electric whenever I have electrical needs.
