Wow, what great experience. Before calling Precision (Mark) we contacted another company that had been recommended. They wanted $95 to just give an estimate and after reading the reviews we didn't want to have them out. So we decided to call Precision, mostly based on Yelp reviews, and from the first phone call to Mark, to the moment the task was completed, we could not have been happier. We had an old fluorescent fixture replaced with canned LED lights and new LEDs in family room and a ceiling fan. Also had an attic fan installed. Mark arrived at 7:30 a.m. and his helper came after getting supplies. All tasks were completed in about five hours and Mark made sure we were in agreement with placement of new lights. Would highly recommend Mark and Precision Electric

These guys are awesome. I spoke with the owner Mark on the phone and we was very helpful, spend a lot of time talking with me to assess what my electrical issue might be and how and when he could get someone to take a look at it. He had one of his guys out the very next day and my electrical problem was solved super quick and within the initial 1 hour window fee (very reasonable rates for on the spot repair).

I had a tiny job but had no idea how to fix it. I called Mark and he actually tried to help me take care of it over the phone so I wouldn't have to spend the money. Some people would take the callout fee without hesitating, even though it's an easy fix, so I really appreciated that.

Jason came out and fixed it, explained everything (without making me feel like an idiot), and was on his way. Both men were great - really personable, prompt and helpful. The entire transaction left me feeling really good about hiring these guys.
