I have had the need for professional electric services on several projects.
Power Rite Electric (PRE) first helped me with the electrical set up of my office ontop of my garage - ran electric wire accross 500sqft of office space and built the electrical pannel. All applications were set up to completion, including an electric heater running on its own breaker on 220v. The work was completed with tremendous efficiency. I have been running major electric components out of my garage office with no issues. Also, I am currenty running a Cryptocurrency mining rig which requires a lot of energy , PRE was able to set up all the electric components to execute the project. We have been running at full capacity with no issues. Lastly, we built a pool in the backyard. PRE ran over 100ft of electric wire to set up all the electric components of the pool, including grounding. Overall my experience with Power Rite Electric has been outstanding. Professional and hardworking team. They are my goto electric team.

Great work, great service, great price. It's extremely rare to find a company that has all 3. I had 2 240v lines run in the laundry room. The work done exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be calling them back for future work when I am ready.

Due to a storm, I had a surge happen and took out half the house's outlets. I called and spoke with Joe, and I knew right then this was the right place. I called about 8 places before and they either tried to upsell me or couldn't make it for about a week. He had Anthony come the very next day. Anithony was amazing! He helped me learn about the issue and gave me some pointers and recommdations in case it were to happen again. Top notch service A+++++

I wanted to take a few moments to write a review for Anthony at Power Rite Electric. Recently he rewired the electrical panel in my garage because we had a circuit that kept tripping, which led the outside refrigerator to lose power. He also identified why our GFI outlets outside would fail whenever it rains heavily (that had been an issue for years), there was a small gap in the weather stripping, that allowed water to pool inside the outlet on the side of our home. He had that fixed in a matter of a few minutes.

Anthony also walked me through how to change a low-voltage transformer that had gone bad, which affected my video doorbell. He told me step-by-step instructions over the phone because it was a simple job, and doing it myself would save me money.

Anthony is knowledgeable, professional, honest, and trustworthy. What else could you ask for in a contractor in South Florida?

I recommend him without reservation!

My family and I just purchased a new home in the area and encountered an issue with the wiring when changing our light fixtures. I turned to Yelp and sent some messages to some electricians in the area in a frenzy because the next day was my daughter's birthday party in the new house ?. Thankfully Anthony from Power Rite responded right away! He asked me to send him a few photos and asked me what worked best with my schedule. When he came to the house he was very prompt and explained everything to me, he also answered every question I asked. His price was very fair, he fixed our problem, saved my daughter's birthday, and even gave my husband some sound advice for our new home. Going forward we plan to have Anthony update our control panel. I definitely recommend Power Right because being on time ( with good communication) and leaving my house neat after doing a job are very important to me! Thank you Anthony! I will update this review after we have our control panel updated!

Joe from Power Rite Electric was extremely responsive. I called in a bit of a panic yesterday evening and by today, Joe's technician Anthony had gone out to assess the problem and replace the burnt outlet. I really appreciate how quick, resourceful and personable Joe was. Would absolutely use them again in the future.

I put out a Yelp request for an electrician at 8:30 pm. Within minutes Joe from PowerRite Electric responded. We set up a tentative appointment for the following day which we would confirm in the morning. Joe did contact again the next morning to discuss the cost of a visit - which was absolutely reasonable and he confirmed that yes, his partner Anthony would be at my home at 5 pm. And he was.
I had 3 light timer switches to install which required a more complex procedure than usual. Anthony got it all done in about 2 hours and even charged slightly less than Joe had quoted.
All in all this was Business 101. Promise what you can deliver and deliver what you promise.

Anthony showed up on time, which is a rarity in Florida, to discuss our job and what we were looking for and promptly sent us an estimate. We were looking for several recessed lights installed in our bedroom and 2 light fixtures replaced with recessed lights. Anthony worked around our schedule to make sure that our work day wasn't interrupted. He treated our home like it was his own, and left our home in the same condition it was in prior to his doing work (which is also a rarity). We have already discussed with Anthony our future electrical needs and will be using him going forward. I would not hesitate to recommend Anthony and Power Rite Electric for any electrical jobs. He is top notch!
