Caution is warranted here. Technician arrived for the appointment on time and gave me a ""troubling shooting price"" before any work ; the price was $190.00 to trouble shoot the problem. In other words, this is the price to tell me something is not working. I knew this already. Moreover, this price was in addition to any work needed. There are two charges: One to find the problem and other one to fix it. There is something wrong with this picture. I only called them because the first time they did good work at a reasonable price. The last two times leave much to be desired. Three strikes and you are out. I do not recommend them for electrical work nor will I call them for work in the future. Again, caution is warranted with this company.

We had Chris out today for another OUTSTANDING job, adding new lights and a new fan in our Utility room. I can not say enough about his and the Teams professionalism and customer service. If you need an Electrician to work on a project you have found the Right Electrical Service. This was the fourth job we have had the pleasure of having Discount Electric complete, on time and on Budget. Do yourself a favor, don't go anywhere else for your home electrical work.

Quickly came out for a free estimate on installing my new bathroom exhaust fan, which we had tried to do but were unsuccessful so we needed help to get the job done right. Did the job same day at a reasonable quote. Very clean working, no mess left behind and even fixed my light switchs & plate, which I didn't think was going to be included in the price quote so I'm very happy we weren't left with an inoperable random switch. Would use them again if needed in the future.

Discount Service Electric is absolutely wonderful! They came out and worked on our circuit breaker box, and as it turns out, we need a whole new panel. Jeannie from their office is coordinating all of that for us because we need permits from the city and coordination with SCE and a new electric pole. This company is wonderful from beginning to end! I highly recommend them. 5 stars!

Chris and mike were awesome! Quick, respectful, honest, and most importantly did a stellar job. We added three Smart enabled ceiling fans and also updated our dining room light fixture. They also swapped out the whole boob light fixture in our master closet. Our house is fairly newer so we just wanted to make things a little less builder grade. If your looking too refresh and update fixture go with these guys id highly recommend it. There was no way in heck I was gonna swap things out could cause a fire or be unsafe so pay the professionals to do it lol.

Chris from Discount Electric did a stellar job with the electrical needs in our kitchen remodel. The entire experience, from our initial call to the completed project, was the best anyone could dream of.

Within 2 days of contacting this well-organized, professional company, we had Chris onsite, reviewing our needs and making great suggestions on how to handle our wiring repairs, upgrades, and new installations. Clearly a very seasoned, certified electrician, Chris had a handle on what we needed and how to produce the best results.

Within one day, we had a detailed, professional, written quote in our email inbox. Even better than presenting a very competitive quote, we had Chris on the job in just 3 days!

Right on time the morning of Friday, April 2, 2021, the friendly, bright, professional, clean, uniformed Chris was at our door ready to begin work. He kept us completely informed every step of the way, addressing obstacles that came up as he carefully cut open access in wall and ceiling drywall's.

Anytime there was an option or decision of what we wanted to do, he consulted with us on exactly what worked best for us. He always gave us options, and discussed in detail if there were any changes needed to the original price. In the end, the amount we paid was exactly what we expected, and the value was tremendous for what we received!

We have had a number of different contractors around our house in the last six months. None of them have been on the level of Chris, and Discount Service Electric.

Contractors these days seem to be overpriced, and not available. They are not professional, and do not deliver on what they promise. It's a real pleasure to work with a company that doesn't violate any of those principles.

We would recommend DSE 110% of the time, and Chris will absolutely be back to do anything we need in the scope of electrical work on our house.

Also, bug shout out to the office staff! They are super responsive, professional, and friendly. They really make you feel like a valued customer, and can handle anything that comes up. We had multiple ways to pay for the service, and there was never any confusion about anything! Great job!
