I had 220 installed for a new hot tub I had purchased. Discount Electric quoted me a price that was very fair. They installed the 220 at the panel and also installed 2 plug in sockets in the rear of the yard for a possible fountain or waterfall....or whatever I needed it for. I was very pleased with the results. I have had no issues. The installer was a hard worker and did not waste any time.

Marco was great but the company as a whole I would give an F..yes an F. I called to get a quote for more work and I was told it was to far to drive to my area which is crazy. Drive would be 30-35 mins. And, I was told the only reason they came the first time was due to I located them on Angie's List. One and done... Hard to get a quote. I would not use them again but Marco did a fantastic job.

This company truly is as good as it gets! I received a quote within 24 hours, and scheduled the work. Marco arrived on time and did a great job installing 3 ceiling fans. They left 2 holes in my wall for me to fix to put a switch for house fan.The crazy thing is there was a switch on opposite side that my handyman put in, with not having to make any extra holes.Also there prices on there fans vary.My friend who I recommended this company got $150. BETTER DEAL.

This company contracts with my supplemental home insurance so they were dispatched for the service call for a ceiling fan. They couldn't fix it and it seemed like they didn't do much, or didn't know what they were doing. One of the guys said he had just started with the company 2 weeks prior after moving from out of state.

It took 3 weeks for them to give the proper paperwork to the home insurance for my cash out, and the diagnosis was wrong. They said it was the light kit, so I had to send a photo of the lights on and explain it was the motor. Such a pain, I didn't have time for this inconvenience. After a series of phone calls the problem was solved and they agreed to cash me out for a new fan. If they had listened to these guys, I would have been screwed.

I gave three stars because they were nice guys and professional while at my house, just seemed inexperienced. I wouldn't use this company again and considered this a bad experience, but I'm sure not every service call goes this way with them...just my bad luck.

I was assigned this company through my home warranty company HWA. First off they ordered the wrong part. I called Discount Service electric and HAW and explained that the wrong part was ordered and installed. Discount service told HWA that I approved the low end part. This was complete BS. I could go on and rant about the company but I'll just give them a low rating. The tech that came out was very professional, skilled at his job and a nice guy, . He should leave Discount Electric and start his own business!
