Needed to replace a ceiling fan and can light with crystal chandeliers. Every aspect of the job was handled expertly from beginning to end. Joshua was the technician who provided the estimate and performed the work. He was friendly, professional, and extremely competent. Had the job completed in no time. The chandeliers look beautiful and work perfectly. Also the estimate was exactly on the mark, no up sell! Highly recommend DSE. In fact, we are going to have them replace our old hard wired smoke detectors and thermostat.

Called this morning and dispatch was able to fit me in for service. Josh came to my house on time and went to work.
He completed the job and was completely honest. He explained to me what happened and was very sociable with me.

Am very glad that we decided on going with Chris and Discount Service Electric on our new construction project. From day 1 Chris has been a true professional - kind, friendly and a true master of his craft. He has been patient with all our questions and requests and worked with us to reach all our goals and to make sure we were happy with all the results - so far all the rough work has been done and we couldn't be happier - his work is so clean and beautifully executed it's a pleasure to have been able to watch - I like many contractors who rush and do things without care. Really glad I chose Discount Service Electric. I was really pleased with the work performed. Had a main panel replaced, added a manual transfer switch, had some older recessed lighting retrofitted with LED, had a Ring Doorbell and Ring Floodlight installed. Cuyler and Josh teamed up since it was a larger project. Cuyler was leading the project and had to unwind some questionable previous wiring, etc, and worked through all the issues. I can tell Cuyler takes pride in his work and appreciated the attention to detail and quality service. Will definitely use again.

The response for this company was same day and service man was professional and efficient BUT the labor costs which were approximately $400 per hour were nothing near a represented DISCOUNT SERVICE ELECTRIC!!
Shop around unless you find yourself in a urgent position as we were.
Unbelievable was the response I received from the owner the labor costs include the training and education of their service personnel?????

He arrived with everything needed to complete the job of installing two light fixtures and put up the new light displays (2) in my master bathroom.

After it was done explained that it might have taken less time but due to how the wall and layout was. I explained no problem and appreciated the work that was done.

Chris M who was the DSE electrician who serviced my home to enable power to my front doorbells was professional and VERY honest. He was prompt and transparent of what was required to fix the problem, which necessitated him to crawl in the ceiling crawl space in 90 degree temperature.

Once he completed, he detailed the problem and the solution he applied to fix it, finished without wasting a minute and charged me a very fair and reasonable cost, actually slightly lower than I expected.

No doubt if you need an electrician you can trust at fair cost, use DSE electricians you won't be disappointed, you will be happy of the quality of service from this company ! They are worth your 1st choice Consideration
