Great company to work with. Out of the many Yelp electricians I reached out to, they were the only team that mentioned the LADWP ($1000) rebate. They were on time, professional, and completed the work as expected. They followed up after the payment to make sure I had all the documents needed for the rebate. Worth the money!

Avi and the team at Plug-In were a pleasure to deal with! Super fast response with an on-site visit, quote and very professional installation. They also handled all the permit paperwork and inspection, and provided paperwork required for the LA DWP rebate. Kudos to Adar for guidance on trenching depths from side of house to a wall where we mounted the charger (I did that part). Jose and Jimmy nailed the installation including adding breaker, running cable through crawl space, conduit to wall and all the mountings.

Service was very good with Plug-In EV Charing Solution. They came out the day after I called to inspect our panel and give me a quote. After we agreed on the quote, they applied for the permit and installed my Tesla Universal Wall Charger the next day. Took about 2 hours to install. From start to finish, the whole process took only 2 days. They also answered all questions and provided the documents needed to apply for the LADWP rebate.

The only con would be that I learned after that I would have been able to save around $220 had I applied for a permit online myself, which only takes about 5 minutes to apply for if you're a resident in the City of Los Angeles. Other than that, service and communication was great and installation was very quick. Highly recommend Plug-In EV Charging Solution!
