My friend recommended Petre to me for some electrical work and I can't say how pleased I am with the experience.

The work was done quickly and in a smart and thorough fashion leaving me with new electrical work throughout my house I will appreciate for years to come.

I gave my keys to Petre when he came to do his work and he even took my two dogs out for a walk one day when I was out. How great is that?

I'll definitely be using Petre in the future. He does great work and my dogs love him. That's a win/win in my book!

My fiancee hired Petre via thumbtack based on good reviews and we were so pleased. So nice and explained everything he was doing and why. When we wanted to place an external light he recommended a way to do it that would prevent having to run an expensive long conduit, thus saving us lots of money. As a female I can say I would have felt safe with him alone in my home were my fiancee not home. I also felt respect from him, which I often don't get with contractors who are eager to explain things to the male of the household instead of me. Furthermore he is an electrical engineer working as an electrician, it's like the honor of getting a brain surgeon to explain anatomy to you - so smart and thorough! We will definitely be using him many times, although I hope we don't need to! Instead I will recommend him to you!

I can't imagine a better experience. Petre was recommended by a friend. He returned my call quickly, was available within a day, showed up on time--early actually. He diagnosed the problem methodically and quickly, fixed it, and charged me a fair price. He suggested that I research and buy a new part so it doesn't happen again. He is friendly as well. I couldn't be happier. All in all it felt like a small-town experience. I recommend Petre highly.

I had Petre troubleshoot a finicky sensor in my building's main hall for a light that kept going out. We have an old building with old wiring and over a century of McGuyvered repairs. Petre waded through the terrible wiring and managed to come up with a clean solution that worked exactly as requested.

Due to the difficulty of the troubleshoot, he took a while and the job wasn't cheap. However, I don't know if another electrician could have done what he did, and it was worth it to have the problem fixed once and for all. I highly recommend Petre for your toughest repairs.

Petre is an excellent electrician. I highly recommend him. We needed to install two outlets and move a bunch of wires that were inside our walls. Our house was built in 1908, so it wasn't an easy request. He did it all very cleanly and quickly. Very affordable as well. I will definitely use him again for any future needs.
