So grateful for the help from David A., Vili A, and Crobin, what a rockstar team! They came out to our house to replace the air conditioner and furnace in our condo and I couldn't be happier with my experience.

They were friendly and took the time to answer my questions and explain anything I wanted to know. They left everything better than they found it, and you can't even tell they were even here (except for the new appliances of course!).

One of the guys was new and learning the ropes (we've all been there!) and I really liked the way he was treated. A good coach goes a long way. He felt comfortable asking for help when he needed it and they didn't make him feel bad for not knowing something. I really admire people like that.

I couldn't recommend this place enough. They made me feel confident in their abilities and I'm so glad I decided to go with this company.

Perfect Star has been amazing from the very beginning. Customer service was great when I called to schedule a visit with a Service Technician. They sent out Danny Mendoza and he was fantastic! Danny was able to find the problem and give us a temporary solution to hold us over until we were able to get our new AC/Furnace installed. Not only did he give us a temporary solution to ensure we would have cool air to run for our little one during the heatwave, he also went over a variety of options for us to choose from in terms of quality, price, and financing options, We truly felt that Danny listened to our needs and helped us make the best decision for our home's new unit.

Today, the installation crew showed up and were just as amazing as Danny! They were respectful, courteous, and extremely friendly. Nela, Connor, and Miguel made sure everything was taken care of- from explaining the process start to finish, to ensuring it was done right, and that I understood how everything worked. All three gentlemen went above and beyond in customer service and made sure everything was cleaned up behind them which was amazing. I literally didn't have to clean anything up after. I would highly recommend Perfect Star for your HVAC needs-- especially Danny, Nela, Connor, and Miguel.

We were in the market for a new heating / AC solution because our old system was antiquated and on the fritz. After seeing the positive reviews on Yelp for Perfect Star we decided to contact them for a bid. Ryan came out to our house the next day to assess our situation. He listen patiently as we described what we wanted and he provided his honest professional opinion of the pros and cons of different kinds of systems. He came up a mini split design that would be ideal for our home and provided a bid that afternoon. He worked hard to stay within our budget and eventually the decision to go with Perfect Star became easy.

The installation team, lead by David, arrived the next day to begin work. The whole crew Shey, Nella, Connner, Symond and Russel were respectful of our home and cautious while installing the system. The craftsmanship was fantastic which is great because it was not the easiest install to pull off.

Our experience from beginning to end with Perfect Star was top notch and I would highly recommend their services. The company is focused on customer service and they did not disappoint.

From the beginnng with Chuck, then to Gilbert and then to David M. and Shey P. for installation, our new furnance, AC and all new ducts experience was unbelievably smooth and professional. These guys and this company must be the best in the area. They were phenomenal. They were experienced, knowledgeable, courteous and diligent in their work.

We had a great experience with Perfect Star. We needed our entire old duct system replaced. What a difference! We had the old ducts removed and the new ducts installed the next day, which meant we had no heating that night. Ryan gave us space heaters to use for the night. He offered to bring us as many as we needed. Scheduling was easy and prompt. Ryan arrived, explained everything, answered all of our questions and gave us a quote. The quote was 2K less than the other quotes we received. On the day of installation David M., Shey P. and their crew were professional and respectful. They completely cleaned up when they were done. I had no misgivings when I left the home for a few hours to run errands while they worked. They were completely trustworthy.

We needed a complete replacement of air conditioning system for our home. Gilbert came out and did a complete evaluation of the system and gave a full report of the condition of our existing unit. This happened on a Wednesday and we were promised a full replacement of system the next day which would be fully operational.

David and William showed up the next day and completely replaced all units. They were both professional and courteous and respected our home. We appreciate how hard they worked to get this job completed in one day.

Now, we are just waiting for testing of our units and sign off by city for permit. If office follow up is as good as the service workers above. We expect no issues.
