Thanks a lot. I got refund.
But money is not a question. The main question is that when customer calls to the professional, customer expects professional and fair service, but not a tricky game. Please make improvements. Provide customer the checklist with what should be diagnosed, what included, and how it should be fixed(multi points inspection checklist).

Raymond is the best tech EVER! I was advised by previous Hvac person (not going to name anyone) that I needed to pay over 18k for a whole new system, Raymond came over and noticed a loose wire in my thermostat and voila my ac system is fine!! He is the best!! He clearly knows what he's doing and what to look for.. I will be using him for all my hvac and my family's hvac issues from now on!!

Excellent company. They came out to look over the house and give me a real quote. They explained the entire process and asked about my electric usage now, and my future plans. Then they showed what it would look like on the roof. After explaining all the finance options, we had a deal. The installers were there in less than a week, and done in less than 6 hours. Best system and installers I've worked with in a long time.

When our heater wasn't working my husband called Perfect Star and got an appointment for the same day It was our good fortune that they sent Juan Torres again because his work has always been exceptional aind he was early! Though at first it was not clear what the problem was he persevered until he was able to identify the problem AND fix it. He was not only knowledgeable and thorough but also very personable. He has always been kind and willing to help in any way possible. Though it was not his responsibility he reprogramed our thermostat and replaced our filters because we were unable to do so. He's definitely one of the best servicemen we've dealt with and the kindest!

Austin and Gilbert are an excellent team. It was an extensive job; because I moved everything up into the Attic, and out of the closet. The job took 3 days of multiple technicians, coming and going. They all worked well with Austin. He ran his crew ( JT. P. And Martin J.) with professional directions, and human courtesy.. He knew what to do, and how to make the workarounds when necessary.
They put a 5 ton Lennox dual fuel heat pump into our home. It's Amazing. The airflow is powerful and the system is quiet. THE BOTTOM LINE IS, THEY PUT THE SYSTEM IN LIKE IT WAS GOING INTO THEIR HOME. They beat Stewart's HVAC by $14,000. Hometown HVAC by $4000. With superior product; and Freschi by $8000. I feel that my system was priced fairly from PERFECT STAR.
No cursing, was a nice touch! I've been in the trades all my life. Heck, I used to own THE WIRE GUYS! Closed in 2013. I know a good techs when I see them. So please understand they are superior to the other 3 I listed.
