We haven't had an experience with a service provider this good since moving to southern Florida a few years ago.

All of our expectations were met - quite a few were exceeded, starting with the front office (Jesse), who was always available, reliable, courteous and helpful. Ours was not a straightforward job - it required reconfiguring our entire house power service, adding new lighting on our outdoor porch, handling the permitting for that, and (at their suggestion) hiding some of the ugly cabling by running it through the attic - not something that any of the other three companies we interviewed wanted to do.

The price-to-value ratio was good.

These folks are laid back, can-do sorts of people. Kevin, the lead electrician, and Dillon, his right hand man, were knowledgeable and proactive. Jesse, in scheduling and behind the scenes, was there for us whenever we needed her - and she was always courteous and upbeat.

This company is organized, honest and fair. And they know their stuff. Highly recommended.

I had to get some electrical work done in order to complete our inspection to get homeowners insurance. We called Perfect Electric Services, the electrician's name is Renn. Renn diagnosed what needed to be done. Renn and Dylan, I think that was his name, did an excellent job and I would highly recommend Perfect Electric Services. I will use their service again and definitely request that Renn be the electrician that does the work. Renn was professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

Ghosted......Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Suppose to get a confirmation phone call the Friday before my Monday appointment. no call. appointment was scheduled 8 am to 10 am with Kevin...no show... I was kind of surprised by this with all the good reviews that I read but there ya go...

We needed to have our electric panel replaced and brought up to code. After getting estimates from a bunch of Electricians we chose Perfect Electric. They sent Ren and Dylan to scope out the job and give us an estimate. While they were not cheapest they're estimate was in our budget. I liked the vibe I got from Ren and Dylan. We scheduled our appointment and they arrived on time. They worked quickly and efficiently and the job was finished in the estimated time frame. They had one issue which they trouble shooted without a problem. When they were finished they cleaned up after themselves. I can highly recommend Perfect Electric and our electric service is now up to code.

Good service and stand up electrician... We had a new dryer installed in our brand new house but it didn't work. The installers said it was an electrical problem. So we called Perfect Electrical Services. The electrician who came out discovered that the appliance installers/delivery drivers incorrectly installed the cable. I will withhold the name of the company until I find out how they will cover the cost of the electrician who quickly and immediately fixed the problem.

I'm completely lost when it comes to this type of work, however, I call to seek help and of course a technician to address our office electrical needs. Upon initial contact there was really no help and after a short explanation of what I was looking for I'm met with one word answers and silence as if my lack of knowledge and/or experience with electricians baffled this lady. Needless to say, first impressions are everything and when someone reaches out for professional help they expect a professional response with knowledge and a bit of education...

Perfect ES is now the service end of McCauley Electrical. -- Had a great experience with them years ago now again with Perfect. Kevin was great. He called hours before the scheduled time because he had an opening, came right away and was done with my outlets in no time. Fees are standard but fair. I highly recommend this outfit.
