The woman that answered the phone HUNG UP on me!

I called and asked for their email address so that I could send them information to request a price quote. The woman said they would have to send someone to review the site and they would charge $69.50.

I said that I did not want to spend $69.50 just to know the price, but if they give me their email address I could send them all the information.

Before I could finish speaking, the woman interrupted and talked over me, and then hung up the phone on me.

I have nine expensive chandeliers to install plus other electrical work to be done. This company will not receive a penny of my money.

Bad customer experience overall.
They charged me a non-refundable premium just to come out to the property and look. They assured me they would take care of the entire power generator installation and process (which was not accurate).
After waiting for them 2 hrs on the morning of the appointment the technician told me that I had to contact the generator company first so they can device a plan for the installation (there goes my $69 and 2 hrs of my time). Furthermore the technician told me he would call me the following day to provide me with the information I needed so that I can call the generator company (I'm still waiting for your call bud).
Not sure if this was an isolated incident, or they're just careless.
Rest assured I won't be calling them again, neither do I recommend them.

We needed to transition our recess lights from remote to wall switch and re-position our ceiling fan.Kevin was incredibly was incredibly helpful with these lighting modifications. He was courteous and was able to make the adjustments in a timely manner. He also cleaned up prior to leaving- we look forward to using Kevin and Perfect Electric again!

I needed some new exterior lighting for a property in Oakland Park. Anthony and his assistant came and did an estimate and were back in 3 days to install 6 exterior lights and 1 outlet. There was also some small interior stuff. All was completed in less than 1 day. Team #2 is awesome!

Perfect Electric Services is EXCELLENT. I needed a light fixture put up and they came the very next day. Anthony, the electrician who came to the house, is terrific. He was so nice and did such a great job installing our light fixture. He left the place cleaner than when he got here and his attitude is amazing. I totally recommend Perfect Electric Services! This might sound like a commercial but I had never heard of them before seeing them recommended on Nextdoor Victoria Park.

I already provided a 5 star rating when the work at my home was complete. But this review is one for customer service. One job was landscape lighting - it looked great when complete - but within 6 months 2 of the lights snapped off the boxes, and when I called about warranty they declined and said I needed to buy new lights. I was very disappointed in that response.
