I requested service and a quote through this app. They got back to me immediately and gave a detailed run down of what to expect and the price and what to do. They came on time as they had scheduled and fixed everything that needed to be done perfectly. Everyone one I had contact with with this company was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. Paul came out to my house within an hour after calling. My electricity went off, and It wasn't a neighborhood power outage. It ended up being an error with my electric company who had turned off my power. They claimed I joined another electric company, which I had not. Big mixup error! Paul just pulled up when I found this out, so I didn't need his services after all. I appreciate the time and effort of him coming to try to help.

The technician (Eric) arrived the following day; he was very professional, respectful and informative. Amazing service. Paul Richard responded to me within minutes of my request for a quote. He was professional and prompt. He quoted my job and since we had done our research we knew the price was reasonable and competitive. He sent a service technician out (on a Sunday; for a very small urgent fee) and we were so grateful that he did. When I requested information prior to the technician, Paul gave me a great overview of their training, schooling and the company's commitment for the technicians. *you should ask for one it is great knowledge.

My panel is completely upgraded and he even cleaned up the entire area. Paul Richard the owner spoke to me directly and stayed in touch until the task was completed.
