In the world of solar there is much to think about as there are many companies offering solar in this space. I was recommended by someone to call Paragon and speak with Cori. From the start she was incredibly professional, knowledgable, communicative, and responsive. Those may seem like basics but on the world of contractors, unfortunately they are rare. She updated me at every step and took care of everything for me. Their installation team, which are Paragon employees as most companies sub-contractor them out, were beyond what I would have asked for. They were on time, clean and very friendly to help me understand what was going on. I cannot say enough great things about Cori and Paragon. They were incredible to work with and made the solar process easy. if you are looking for solar, do not go any further than working with Paragon. I wish more companies operated like them. They are a rare breed and the best of the best.

We decided to get solar panels installed because of the rising cost of electricity and with NEM 3.0 looming in the near future. We contacted several companies. I explained to every company that our roof was pretty complicated with venting, layout, and slopes. Two companies flat out refuse to do the work. A one never called back and one company gave us a much higher price, with lower energy production. Mike and Cori from ParagonSun responded enthusiastically and was ready to accept the challenge. They had a drone map out the roof and took measurements. The plan was to maximize the roof space to get as many panels as possible. They sent over all documents required by the HOA, worked with the city to obtain permits, and helped assist with all the necessary paperwork to submit to SCE. This company did 95% of the leg work. The only thing I had to do was fill out forms, submit paperwork to my HOA, and nag them to approve it. Once everything was submitted and approved and the winter weather settled back down to typical SoCal weather, the install started. It took several day. The installers used my garage as a staging area. They cleaned my garage and the entire area around my house every night. Roof vents were changed, random broken tiles were replaced, service panel was upgraded, rails along with 17 solar panels, and combiner was all installed. The city inspection passed and we are now generating our own electricity. From start to finish, Cori's team did a fantastic job on a very complicated roof. I would highly recommended this team if you want to get solar installed.

We decided to get solar and a backup battery installed in late 2021 to help reduce our electric costs and provide backup power for outages as we both work from home. It's been a few months since the installation was completed. Which was great timing for the current heat waves and power outages. We worked with Paragon from start to finish on our solar and battery system and they were outstanding. Paragons staff was attentive, built a system to our needs, and continued to provide service and support at a high level even months after our installation. For example, just a few days before the heat wave started a SoCal Edison tech came to upgrade our electric meter. During that process, he disconnected our battery system leaving us with no backup! After seeing what happened we called Paragon Sun for support and they had a technician out promptly! They got our system back up and running just in time as the next day power went out for our neighborhood. Fortunately for us, my wife and I were able to continue to work with our A/C running and had no interruptions to our power. I am so happy we went with Paragon, and I would highly recommend anyone considering getting solar / battery for their home.

Paragon Sun solar company is amazing!!! They did a great job from start to finish, it's a little bit of a process coming out measuring everything, checking your roof, making sure that it is stable enough to handle the panels and also getting city permits etc., but everything was done and on a great schedule and they handled everything with ease. We've had our solar since October and it has been nothing short of awesome! Thank you Cori & Paragon Sun!!!

We researched many companies for a turnkey solar setup with batteries and decided to go with ParagonSun as our system sales and integrator/installer. We are very happy with their ability to deliver a turnkey system. They were professional, knowledgeable, on time and on budget through the whole process. They followed up with us every step of the way. I can say that we are now energy independent since the install was complete. The panels run our house during the day, charge the batteries, and send excess power to the grid for energy credits later. At night we run off the batteries. Everything is handled automatically with the Enphase system and it runs flawlessly.

Just celebrated my first year of my 8 solar panel system from Paragon Sun. Ended the year with producing slightly more electricity than was used. Was very apprehensive about the results I would achieve...but I am so glad I went ahead with the solar installation.
The installation and activation went smoothly and once I went ""on line"" I felt a sense of ""power"". Producing your own electricity gives you a feeling of achievement and security. Plus add in the financial impact of almost ""free"" electricity. Thank you Paragon!!!

I had been shopping for solar panels for a while. I do a lot of research before I commit to a purchase, needless to say, I had more questions than the typical buyer. My sales person, Cori, was very eager to explain the installation process and answer all of my questions. She put me at ease. She literally took control of the process and left nothing for me to worry about. As happy as I was, my wife was happier because everything went very smoothly and i didnt have any stresses.
