These folks were excellent during a pipe bursting incident. The gentleman who came was kind and hard working. He quietly went to work and fixed the issue. It was after regular hours and because it was an emergency repair the expenses could have been much worse but he worked quietly and efficiently helping to mitigate the costs on a very difficult night for us. We truly appreciate the man who came over and if he is an example of the company, which I believe he is, then this is the company to call.

My old water heater started flipping the breaker. Got 3 estimates to replace it. Paradise Plumbing was not the lowest quote, but the 1600 Google reviews giving the company an overall 5 star rating made me go with them. The appointment was set 4 days out as per my request. The water heater started leaking the same day and the appointment needed to be moved to the next day. The customer service ladies made it happen. They sent a great technician Paul, who was professional and efficient. After the replacement, the wall needed to be fixed. Robert was dispatched, he was very professional and kind. Iris got the necessary permit from the city and emailed with my HOA about the certificate of insurance prior to installation. She also set up the city inspection appointment. Thank you all for making the process easy and flawless.

Second review, Xavier M. & Fernando, I do not think I have ever seen 2 men work so hard to complete their job, the dedication to customer service was more than anyone could hope for. First John & Matt Mgrs. actually had them come out a day early, they were on other jobs when they finished those they arrived late afternoon 1@3 & 1@5, they began tearing out the old AC unit & when the new one arrived 3 of them unloaded in the rain (poor guys) cleaned up the old AC removed everything & got to work installing the new AC unit, these 2 men were professional, polite & had the utmost respect for our home. They did a fantastic job installing the new AC unit & it works great! Their determination to finish the job even though it was late was impressive they work until 1AM! They never even stopped to take a break they were on a mission to help us & our dog ""lol"" cool off, they work so hard & it was hot inside our house 90'+ they never once complained. We have to say that everyone at Paradise Plumbing & Air conditioning has gone out of their way to help and do a fantastic job. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I do not know the name of the 3rd man that helped them unload & load old stuff but he was professional, polite & hard working also, so thumbs up for him too.

Whenever we have a plumbing or aircon need, Paradise is immediately who we turn to. They are professional, knowledgeable, and fair in their pricing. Every time we need their service, we consider it an emergency because of our severely handicapped daughter and her acute needs. Even when they are full, they figure out a way to fit us in. Dillon, a worker we have used, is excellent. He explains everything that is going to happen, helps you understand all your options, and works cleanly, quickly, and with quality results. Seriously, choosing Paradise is a wise move.

Today we received services and they called me an hour prior to their arrival. The dispatch informed me at what time the plumber (Louis) would get there, and they were there at that exact time. Louis was thorough, informative, and very helpful. They gave us a very fair quote to add a pressure release valve to the water heater and we accepted to have them fix our issue. Art was great as well. She called me from the office to follow up and see how every thing went, and she was very pleasant! 10/10
