I've used Paradise for both plumbing and AC. This is a great professional company. We had a leak somewhere between the house and the meter and the guys went looking for the leak in the pouring rain. They found it and put a temporary fix while we planned for a full line replacement due to the age and material of the existing pipe. It was successful replaced and it passed city inspection. Super happy with the work on the plumbing side.

Since I was happy I called them over for the AC side. I wanted them to look at my AC which was installed by a different company the year before but I had noticed weird issues. Sure enough Matt was able to find a few wiring issues like the C wire not being properly connected at all as well as the fan and condenser connected together. A big mess but it was resolved quickly. I got a few quotes for both bathroom exhaust fans as well as replacement of the AC ducts in the house which I am looking to do in the near future.

You can't go wrong calling Paradise. Jason who manages the Yelp is super quick to respond to messages (minutes!) including email.

We have a double sink, both sides were clogged, nothing we did on our own seemed to work; big plunger, small plunger, pouring hot water, drano...nothing?. Before I start panicking, I always turn to yelp when I need anything!  Especially when it comes to fixing things in the house.

So grateful for the great service! Called this morning when my garbage disposal stopped working. They were kind enough to send me a video explaining how I might be able to fix it without the extra help. Unfortunately my disposal was leaking from the bottom so we determined it would have to be replaced. I spoke with Sabrina who was kind and answered my questions. She called me to let me know when the tech was on his way and that his name was Luis. Luis arrived shortly after my phone call with Sabrina. He was professional and worked so quickly. I had two of my children taking a nap but he worked so quickly and quietly that they stayed asleep! Super grateful to have this resolved in one day. Also, my new garbage disposal is so beautiful, I wish it wasn't under the counter so more people could see it, haha! Paradise Plumbing is great! I'll definitely be using them again.

Highly recommended for anyone in South Florida. Had my shower start to back up unexpectedly and need to get it taken care of immediately. Called an scheduled an appointment for the very next day. Tim came out bright and early and got everything taken care of with ease. A short while after he left one of the owners, Jason, called to do a follow up! Super friendly and personable! THEY WILL NOT SHOW UP. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE. We made an appointment with these people one week in advance to get a quote for our bathroom. They ensured us that we were first in line on a Monday morning, so I took the morning off and waited for them patiently. Around 10:30am they still had not showed up, so I gave them a call. Now we were second in line, and they would be there by 12pm. At 12:15pm, they still were not at my home, so I give them another call. Now the same lady (Susan) tells me that they cannot send anybody today and that we have to schedule for 3 days from now. Like plumbing issues are not URGENT.

These people are unreliable. They will toy around with you and not show up to their appointments.

I cannot speak on having work done by this company, but I dealt with them in a different way. My former boss hired Paradise to do plumbing work for him, in which they completed the work to the customer's satisfaction.
My boss told me to cover the bill so I did as a favor. Turns out that my boss took my money and ran.
I notified the business owner Matt and he assisted in getting me my money back even though paradise was paid off and did not have to help me.
I can say that this is the most honest business owner that I've ever met in my life. He and his company hold themselves to very high standards with much integrity, and honesty is very very hard to find nowadays. I'd recommend Paradise to anyone.

Welp... Once again I have had the pleasure of using Paradise's services this time it was the plumbing side of the business.

On a Friday I noticed a strong sewer smell in the kitchen. I call Paradise and they send a plumber over in about an hour to investigate. It was determined that the drain from the kitchen sink had finally given due to its age. It was an original pipe from '56 when the home was built.

My first though was this is going to be expensive as to fix the problem the plumber wold have to go through the block on the out side of the house to repair the pipe. The plumber quoted me on the spot while I'm not going to say what I was quoted it was about half of what I was expecting to pay. Owning an older home I have had a few plumbing issues so I am somewhat knowledgeable as to the cost of plumbing work.

Paradise said they would be able to come on Monday morning to fix the issue. My first though was great, but I wasn't sure I could deal with the smell for the weekend. I called the corporate office and spoke with Jason. He said they usually only do emergency calls on the weekend but would see if one of their plumbers would be able to come to my home on their day off. I was pilling to pay a premium to have the work done on a Saturday. They were quickly able to find a plumber willing to loan me their day off so I could have a stink free home.

The next day bright and early 2 members of their team arrived and quickly got me up and running.

When you're a service business like plumbing or a/c your reputation rests entirely on the service techs who interact with customers and do the actual work. I just had Paradise do two jobs for me and both technicians were excellent. The first job was to replace a bad A/C fan module and motor and the second was to install a new hot water heater. Jason is the boss and reached out to me when I sent out requests for quotes on Yelp. His price was competitive and he was able to send techs out the next day in both cases. It's especially nice when they showed up within the scheduled time interval and called 30-60 minutes in advance of arrival. For both jobs, it couldn't have gone smoother. Matt was the A/C tech and Greg handled the water heater. Beautiful work, thanks guys!
