Juan Robledo responded to my request for help for a plumbing issue. He arrived in 1 1/2 hours and was polite and helpful. He didn't even get annoyed with the dogs. He showed me where the problem was (because the puppy had been chewing on it) and then told me a landscaper was probably more suited for the project. He showed me where to adjust it and the gushing water stopped immediately. I could definitely be glad for him to come to the rescue again, if needed.

I booked an appointment from them. They came and exam quickly in one day. But the price the gave me was quite unreasonable. They quota 2800 for a single snake work. I found another service and finished that under $300

They also took a look my garbage disposable machine in the kitchen, they quoted me $1800 for just replacing it. The price is just ridiculous. I could buy a new refrigerator. Imagine that a Gabage disposal only value $100, but they charge 1800

I don't recommend this service. Don't waste your time.

Yesterday, we blew the GFCI outlets in both bathrooms because we were running so many appliances and plugged a fan into one GFCI outlet and the vacuum cleaner into the other. I called Pacific Coast Plumbing early this morning and by 10:30 a.m., Carlos Morales and Danny arrived. They were both fantastic! They checked our breaker box first to make sure everything was in order and then proceeded to replace the GFCI's and updated our connections in each outlet. They wore clean shoe covers and also covered our counters/sinks to prevent damage. By 11:45, they had everything repaired/replaced and working and the bathrooms cleaned up! We felt that they charged us fairly and guaranteed their service and the materials installed. I highly recommend this company.

Watch out! Salesperson said it would cost, at minimum, $5,000 to restore power. Used fear tactics and the hard sell to try to get us to buy a $14,000 replacement on our electrical box-- when in reality, PG&E was able to fix the issue for free.

I called Pacific Coast Home Services in an emergency with my entire house including all bathrooms backed up. TJ was the foreman that was sent with Juan and Carlos. They were all very knowledgeable and quickly identified the issue as a main sewer break in the crawl space. They referred a restoration company and they came to clean up the mess the next morning. As soon as the are was clean, TJ came again with Juan and Carlos in the afternoon and worked into the early evening to replace an old cast iron section with ABS and installed a convenient clean out to avoid issues in the future. They had to make a lot of improvisations to make a good fit as the previous plumbers had cut some corners. They also stayed late to make sure everything was working properly and answered all my questions. It was clear that they wanted to do the job right and cared about me as their customer.
I did get some quotes tat were a little cheaper but I felt that this crew knew what they were doing and cared about the project and I am happy that I made the right choice. It was a terrible place to be without the ability to use any water at our house with 2 kids. But I am happy that Pacific Coast and TJ and his crew resolved the situation in less that 36 hours and I feel confident that aside from unforeseen circumstances I am in great place with the plumbing in the house.

I called Pacific Coast home services because my home heater was not working and I suspected that it was something to do with the Duct system. I had previously got an estimate from another company who told me that I needed to replace the whole system. The technician told me the system was broken I could not be fixed they quoted me $7000 Omar the technician came to my house. he was very courteous, professional
He advised me that my system would need to be replaced, but as of right now it was fine. He was able to miraculously fix the problem in under two minutes I just told me that I just needed to change my filters. I thought my problem would be fine
Omar was professional, honest, gave me options. I was able to quickly diagnose and treat a broken duct that he was able to fix and other three minutes. Hey advised me that some point I would need to get change to ducts but as of right now it wasn't essential, the candor of Omar has to be highly highly commended. I highly recommend this company I'd never write reviews I've made to put pen to paper like this shows you how much I think of this service.

Wanted to charge is $89 to come out for an estimate. No thanks - should share that upfront before wasting everyone's time

Simple storm drain issue, has some roots between clean out and the exposed drain in my dry well. Two yahoos show up, that hardly know which end of their snake is the business end. They quote me $1200, snake the line, pull out a few roots and tell me there is nothing else they can do. Then charge me 3.5% on top for paying on a credit card. They don't have a different snake that can clear out the roots without me paying several more hundred dollars and signing a waiver that if they cut my pipe in the process it isn't their fault. I can't ever recommend this company. They just don't have expertise.

TJ at pacific coast services saved my house this past weekend. Our septic overflowed and basement flooded on New Year's Eve. I found PCH on Google. TJ came within an hour and spent 12-14 hours a day Saturday, Sunday, and Monday and did some crazy things to stop & redirect the overflow. He and his colleagues Juan and Ernesto made multiple Home Depot runs, built two 100+ yard pvc pipes to carry water out of the property to safe runoff areas, Jerry rigged a wild sump Pump system to pump water faster than it was flowing in, identified and documented the issues so I could resolve them later, and more.

All while being a great dude ... TJ showed up early and stayed late, was very patient & communicative with a home owner (me) who wanted to be involved in all the details and decision making...

Could not recommend or appreciate anyone more highly.
