Jose Santana established the firm with his brother Julio, his brother. Combining their last names, Palma and Santana and Palma, they formed the name P&S Electrical High Grade Services.

Jose Santana is certified as a licensed Master Electrician. He has completely met all criteria and tests for the Florida's electrical regulations and the national electrical codes also.
