Jose Santana, one of the founders established the business with his partner Julio, his brother. Uniting their last names, Palma and Santana and Santana, they developed the name P&S Electrical High Grade Services.

Jose is certified as a licensed Master Electrician. He has completely fulfilled all standards and certifications for the electrical codes in Florida as well as the U.S. electrical standards as well.
