Jose Santana created the business with his brother Julio Palma. Combining their last names, Palma and Palma, they formed the name P&S Electrical High Grade Solutions.

Jose holds a licensed Master Electrician. He has successfully fulfilled all criteria and qualifications for the Florida's electrical regulations as well as the National Electrical Codes also.
