Our company is a family-owned community-driven enterprise. We specialize in home electrical services. Every job matters to us. Whether it’s fixing a broken breaker to running electricity to a pool pump and powering a standalone garage. We will troubleshoot the issue and fix it efficiently. Our commitment to the excellence of our services and always aim to ensure the job site is cleaner than when we arrived. We aim to foster personal relationships with our clients because we know the challenges of dealing with big companies. We want to bring back the human touch to the trades.

I first got involved in high school by competing in residential electrical competitions. I participated at the local, statewide, and national levels. I was fortunate to win the state title consecutively for two years for Georgia and placed third in the national competition. From that point on, I had a desire to establish my own residential electrical service. Following my time under many skilled electricians for years, I felt it was time to start my own venture. I met my wonderful wife, Taylor, in 2019 and tied the knot in 2022. In 2023, we welcomed our daughter, Stella Grace, which slowed down my business plans. I’ve always done electrical jobs on the side to help provide for my little family. However, it has always been my goal to take on electrical work full-time. So here I am with Oshields Electric. This is my commitment to enhance my family’s life and with the hope of improving the lives of everyone I serve.

I was raised in North Georgia. From my high school competition days and my experience in the electrical trade after graduation, I’ve developed a deep passion for electrical work. I have experience in corporate and large-scale electrical work as an electrician of Georgia Power. Yet, nothing fulfills me like engaging in domestic electrical tasks. Meeting customers face-to-face is consistently my favorite part of this profession. I feel that establishing rapport with my clients is of equal significance as upholding a business relationship. I’ve never wanted to merely another electrical contractor who shows up at your home, finishes the task, and only discusses how much you owe. I believe that you can run a professional business while also offering the compassion that is often missing in today’s market.
