Our company is a small community-driven enterprise. We focus on home electrical work. Every job matters to us. From replacing a faulty breaker or running electricity to a pool pump and connecting a detached garage. Our team will identify the problem and resolve it efficiently. We are dedicated to the quality of our work and strive to maintain a tidy work environment. We strive to create meaningful connections with our clients because we understand the challenges of dealing with massive firms. Our mission is to restore the personal connection to the trades.

I began my journey in my teenage years by competing in electrical contests. I competed at the local, state, and nationally stages. I was able to achieve state champion back-to-back for Georgia and secured third in the national event. From that point on, I had a desire to launch my own residential electrical service. After gaining experience under many skilled electricians for years, I decided it was time to start my own venture. I was introduced to my amazing wife, Taylor, in 2019 and we married in 2022. In 2023, we welcomed our daughter, Stella Grace, which slowed down my business plans. I kept doing electrical jobs on the side to help provide for my little family. However, it has always been my dream to pursue electrical work full-time. And here I stand with Oshields Electric. This marks my journey to improve my family’s life and hopefully making a difference in everyone I interact with.

I was born and raised in North Georgia. From my high school competition days and working in the electrical industry after graduation, I’ve developed a strong love for electrical work. I used to do commercial and large-scale electrical work as an employee of Georgia Power. Yet, nothing gives me more pride engaging in home electrical services. Interacting with clients directly is consistently my most rewarding part of this work. I believe that developing personal connections with my clients is equally important as maintaining a professional relationship. I don’t aim to merely another electrical contractor who arrives at your home, does the job, and only discusses how much you owe. I believe that you can be a competent business owner while also delivering the care that many places lack today.
